Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Company

I recently asked my personal friend who is a personal injury attorney what company should I call to get a new quote and he said Texas Farm Bureau. I reached out to this office and before you know it Trevor had made a visit to my home and wrote me a policy that was $600 a year cheaper than USAA. I had been with USAA for 19 1/2 years. The agency owner and Trevor took outstand care of me with professional excellent customer service. I highly recommend this office. If there was a 10 star button I would have selected that.

We have had nothing but great service from the Boerne TFB office. We have had several claims in the past two years due to deer vs car, hail storm causing thousands in damage to cars and trucks, and another accident. Never a hiccup.

Just started with this insurance. From the very beginning till the end I had a wonderful experience.

Terrible customer service, mainly by the communication from the office personnel. Mishandled an issue I called with, hoping for some relief and support instead got told wrong information. Poor thing tried to tell me her mistake was mine. They do not know how to handle anything on a personal level which is unfortunate because I would expect more from a company you pay a lot of money to to handle your personal property. Feel bad because I actually liked my agent at first who was responsive and good.

Not impressed just with asking for a quote. The person in the phone acted as if I was bothering her to get a quote. Kinda makes me rethink my decision to even look at the quote.

Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I had to take them to court before they finally paid my claim that was owed to me for my car and house.
