Epic Flooring

Susan, this review has been a long time coming. I cannot thank you enough for your experience, expertise and guidance throughout my remodeling journey. You provided the design eye for brightening what was a dark home, and infused style and flair that I could not see.
The tile choice for my backsplash and the millwork for our baseboards and windows were spot on.
These are but a few pics from when the floors were just installed and of the tile. I will add additional pictures in the coming days to reflect the floors as they are now, 8 months in and perfect!!!

Susan and her crew did such a fantastic job with the floors and countertops and backsplash in my house. Susan has great taste, and put together exactly what we were looking for. She is professional and makes it so easy!! Quality quartz countertops and had it done in less than 4 hours. The backsplash is a marble lantern pattern and it covers an entire wall in my kitchen!! It looks amazing!! The floors are BEAUTIFUL!! Italian Porcelain, large format tiles that gave new life to my downstairs!! Will definitely be returning for bathroom upgrades!!

We had an exceptional customer service experience with Epic Flooring! I called them on November 8th about a bid for new carpet for our 5000 sq ft dental office in Kerrville--this was after contacting three local companies and waiting weeks just for bids. Susan, the owner of Epic Flooring came out the next day to take measurements and by December 12, the whole project was complete. She and her team were courteous, professional, punctual, accommodating, and friendly. The floor looks fantastic--Couldn't be happier with the outcome. This really was our Christmas Carpet Miracle!
