I had a beautiful piece of property in Wimberly, TX that I had on and off the market for several years. Full of deer, wild turkey and songbirds (look close at the photo!) I hired Zach with Legacy Broker Group. He was very knowledgeable about the ranch market, helped me to devise the best options to get the most value out of my sale, and worked tirelessly marketing and showing the property. With success! I am truly appreciative of all that he did and the counsel he gave in helping me to sell my property.

I was 100% satisfied with Zach Bierman of Legacy Broker Group while looking for the right ranch to buy. I gave Zach the criteria I was looking for in buying a ranch. He took that data and researched many properties. We then began the search for the right one for our family. It took a few outings and visiting multiple properties, but Zach found the perfect ranch for us. He is very well versed at rural properties and gave me sound advise when I had questions. He never rushed or pressured us, but instead took his time until we were completely satisfied. He then made acquiring the ranch a simple process as he undertook all the legalities and formalities of the purchase. Zach represented us very well in the transaction and made sure we got the best deal. He immediately replies to texts and phone calls and made the transaction a very pleasant experience. To this day, if I have any questions he is always there for us. I would highly recommend Zach and his team of professionals when making a real estate purchase.

Honesty, integrity, and trustworthy are not often words you associate with real estate agents, but Zach is all of those these things and more. He is also one of the most patient and knowledgeable people I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
He and his team are extremely responsive and easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile to make sure all of your questions are answered, and your needs are met. I don't think it ever took him more than 15minutes to respond to one of my hundreds of text messages. I know my husband and I were small fish compared to some of the high-end deals Zach and his team work on, but he always made us feel like we were the most important thing he had going. He patiently guided us through the numerous pitfalls we encountered buying a new home in this crazy post-pandemic Texas Market and we could not have found our perfect home without him.

My parents also worked with Zach and his team a few years ago and found nothing but success. I can honestly say my husband and I will never work with another real estate team again. The reality is that we all have friends and family that are real estate agents but the level of quality, professionalism, and responsiveness with Traci is unmatched. The presentation of our house was amazing, the communication was constant, and we had a contract the first weekend we put it up for sale. He worked hard and tirelessly to find the perfect ranch. Not only did he find us the perfect ranch but he also managed to sell a house for us with no issues. I would hire Zach and his team to buy or sell as he did both for us and made sure each transaction went as smoothly as possible. The biggest and most important trait of Zach was his word. If Zach tells you he is going to do something, he does it. He is a man of his word which meant the world to us. Any future real estate transactions we have, Zach is our go to guy.

Richmond and his team did a great job putting together a very professional marketing package for our ranch which was instrumental in getting a quick sale.  He and his team were a pleasure to work with.  The business of brokering real estate can be a little shady so be careful who you use.  You can definitely trust the honesty and integrity of the Legacy Broker Group.  I highly recommend them.
