In July 2022, I chose ARC ROOFING for a roofing project at my Las Cruces home. Out of 9 estimates I chose them because they were certified by 5 Roofing Manufactures. Not the lowest, but not the highest for roofing. Their team showed exceptional skill and efficiency, completing the re-roofing in just two days. However, a few months later, I discovered a damp spot on my ceiling, suggesting a roofing issue. Called on a Thursday morning due to a leak on our roof. Jason answered the call and stated he would come by the next day....but in reality he called me that afternoon and came to take a look. By Monday Alex called and set up to do water testing and found the problem. Currently having work done...will update after done.
