This was the first time I ever got permanent makeup and I am becoming more obsessed each time I walk past a mirror! Tessa was the artist who did both my eyebrows and lips. Both turned out amazing! She took her time to explain each process in detail which I LOVED as I am someone who likes to know what I am getting into! She color matched my eyebrows perfectly and the lip color is beautiful! The technique of powder brow is so effortless and looks so natural! Thank you thank you thank you! I recommend Kendra’s salon for any permanent makeup needs and HIGHLY recommend Tessa!

I am absolutely ecstatic about my new Brows! They look great, and the best part is I do not have to draw them on any longer. I have been putting off getting my brows done for soooo long, just the thought gave me anxiety. Today as I walked into Kendra Neal Studio and was greeted by Tessa all that anxiety just melted away!! Tessa is the real deal… she is professional, courteous and oh so knowledgeable! What was really great was to see someone in their element doing what they love! Kendra and her team are truly artists. Carlie did my initial powder brow treatment and the results were fantastic. I saw Lizzie for my six week touch up and she was equally as warm, welcoming and professional as Carlie. The studio is light and airy and has such a good vibe. I couldn’t be happier with my brows!

I wish I could give Kendra Neal Studio more than 5 stars but that isn’t an option… lol Those who know me know that I’m very hesitant when it comes to getting my makeup done professionally as NOBODY has been able to nail my brows, as I really wasn’t born with much to work with. I’ve always felt professional makeup artists draw them on to where they look fake and too flashy for my taste (I don’t wear a lot of makeup). I’ve just never been happy. But one day I decided I wanted to get my brows done via powder brow tattoo. One would think that’s a HUGE step for someone like me, but I can safely say I did not even for a moment experience any hesitation or fear toward the process. I was on Kendra’s waiting list for 1.5 years and had plenty of time to second guess my decision but never did once. Her endless stream of photos on Instagram speak for themselves. Natural, beautiful brows. I was ready. Needless to say when I got my brows done Kendra more than DELIVERED!! My brows look natural and every morning I wake up and look the way I feel I would have had I been born with brows. Only these would be brows that I had shaped into the most beautiful and flattering shape that compliments my own features. Kendra explained the entire process step by step so I was comfortable. She made sure to draw the brow shape and choose the color that all work within my facial structure so it looks natural and beautiful. Kendra then was there to help me with any questions I had during the healing process. Both Kendra and Hannah quickly answered any questions that arose and I can say all Kendra Neal Studio customer service is top notch. So very helpful and patient - I can’t stress this enough. I am so happy with my brows and couldn’t have possibly asked for a better result. I’m SO GLAD I went with Kendra Neal!

I got powder brows done in mid February at the Brighton KNS Studio. I must say Kendra is so very good at what she does. I didn't leave my review right away because I wanted to see how my brows healed. I'm so glad I got them done. I love them so much.

I had the pleasure of meeting miss Tessa today! Enjoyed her beautiful personality. Tessa made this whole process very calming and explained everything as she was working. As someone with high anxiety that was just a nice bonus 10/10.

Kendra is AMAZING! I first had my eyebrows microbladed four years ago and they have held up amazing. I got them touched up today and I couldn’t be happier! She is truly talented and her new studio is amazing. 100% recommend!

I had Tessa do my powder brows and I cannot recommend enough! She was very personable and thorough during the whole process. Her attention to detail and love for what she does really put me at ease. It’s amazing how much a difference your eyebrows can make on your confidence level! You also want the KNS girls as your hype girls- because they make you feel beautiful! If you’re considering it- highly suggest Tessa and anyone at KNS. Update: just had my initial touch-up and stand by my original review. They healed so nicely and you can tell how proud they are of their work/their passion!

Absolutely amazing! After 2 years on the wait list, I have to say getting my brows done was one of the best decisions I've made for myself. I wake up everyday with perfect brows, and have received so many compliments and people ask how my brows look so perfect all the time.

Just had an appointment with Kristy today at the Brighton location and I wasn't disappointed. I went in there excited but nervous and it was one of the easiest most comfortable appointments I have ever had. The location is clean and easy to get to. The staff are amazing and the brows turned out wonderful. Highly recommend :)

I was extremely nervous and truly didn’t know what to expect when walking into my appointment to get powder brows done, but I am in love!! Tessa was AMAZING and walked me through everything she was going to do and what to expect during the 10 day healing process. She answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable! I went and saw Kristy for my brows! I lost some hair on my eyebrows when I was pregnant with my daughter and it never came back. I hated doing my brows every day. Kristy walked me through the process step by step all while making me feel comfortable about everything. She was very thorough and detailed throughout the entire visit. This was the most wonderful experience. The group of ladies are so warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful. The work they did was amazing.
