Had a great experience coming into this store. Was acknowledged and greeted as I entered. Treated as a important customer and issue was solved rite away. Bobby was a breath of fresh air after going to the Verizon store on Town Center Blvd. Where I was very unappreciated and talked down to. Drive the extra 2 minutes and come here!

Robbie is great! Knowledgeable, hardworking, and relatable. He helped me at the Rantoul location, filling in due to staffing issues, and in that time he set up two lines of service for me and processed a cellphone upgrade, all while helping 3-4 separate customers at the same time. Because I had such a great experience, I went to his home location a week later to upgrade another device. I was in and out in no time, and he helped me with a difficult data transfer after he completed our transaction. As his job is sales, he 100% did not have to help me with that step, but did anyway and I appreciate it greatly. Once again, all this while taking care of 4 separate customers by himself. Give that man a raise, but HIRE HIM SOME HELP!!

I worked with Julia Pavkov when purchasing my new Samsung 23 phone and she was great. She definitely knows her job and was very pleasant and helpful. She deserves a good raise.

This store is very lucky to have a worker like Bobby! When I arrived he was multitasking already assisting 2 other customers, with him being the only worker present. He helped me pick out the right phone for my business use, and even helped pick out and applied my screen protection. Talk me through all the warranties and coverage to make me feel confident with my decision. Highly recommend if going to this store, definitely ask for Bobby by name!

I worked with Devin and I am very pleased with my experience. I’m not one that particularly likes online shopping and would prefer to talk face to face with someone when making a big purchase. Devin was very transparent while working with me. He presented all upgrade promos that were available and broke down each offer allowing me choose the one that best fits my needs. I highly recommend this associate.

Ive never been to this location before but the guy & girl working tonight were very friendly, eager to help, and efficient. They were able to solve my phone problem in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Bryden was excellent and extremely helpful. Best Verizon experience we’ve ever had. He did upsell us without pressure and we are extremely happy with our new phone and new otterbox cases. He is a knowledgeable manager and fixed issues on my phone that Verizon call support said was impossible.

So impressed by Daniel’s service last week when my wife & I bought new phones. We were the jerks who unknowingly walked into the store 20min before closing time, but Daniel was extremely pleasant as he arranged us with new phones while helping my wife switch over from another wireless carrier. Felt terrible to keep Daniel longer than his shift, but he never made us feel that we were putting him out and was incredibly helpful. Daniel will be our phone guy as long as he’s at Verizon!

Stopped in a couple of weeks ago. Devin was alone and busy with a family. He asked me to wait a few minutes and he'd be with me. Got my chance with him, answered all my questions, said if I wanted to do something he'd be glad to help. Went back last week, ordered my phone. He called me Friday to say it was in but they were very busy. Went in Saturday and got everything done quickly. Everything was as he said it would be. Couldn't be happier. D is my new cell guy! I was having an issue with my Motorola razor mobile phone and needed to be able to use a Samsung tablet while it was being addressed. Bryan patiently showed me how to use it to make calls and other functions so that it could function as my backup. Knowledgeable and caring Verizon service

I was very pleased with the service I received today from the sales rep Sloan. She did a great job answering all my questions. I would recommend that you visit Sloan for all your phone needs.

Dan is the man! If you want great service go to him, he is polite, funny, and is very courteous and knowledgeable. He gets right to it and is very helpful! I'm so glad I switched from sprint to Verizon, service is so much better!

Need help? Sloan is your girl! She not only is a problem solver, but incredibly personable and professional. She was willing to stay late and do what needed to be done to make sure I didn’t need to make another trip back.

I could not have asked for better service from the staff when updating my phone. They not only answered every question in terms that were easily understood but they did it with patience and kindness. Jenny was very helpful. I will not hesitate in returning to this store again.
