I cold-called Joel Schmidt knowing nothing about realtors in Livingston County. I was frustrated having held a piece of vacant land for over 10 years without any success selling using another realtor. It was a nice piece but with substantial wetland. Joel suggested mapping and surveying to help a prospective buyer feel comfortable with the the parcel. He pointed me to the suppliers that could do the work. In under a year the parcel was sold for a very satisfactory price. It never would have happened had we not spent the money up front to reveal the value of the property to a buyer. Needless to say I am a satisfied customer. If I am ever in need of a realtor in that area again, it will be Realty Concierge Group and Joel Schmidt. I won't bother looking elsewhere.

Joel was an outstanding agent! He gave us the right advice on how to prepare the house and price to list. The entire process went perfectly. Joel and his team did a great job selling my house. My house had an offer within 1 week and the whole process from listing to close took less than 1 month. His communication was great during all stages of the process. There is both direct communication and automated statistics about the process. He is always responsive, and his team will send emails/texts during the process. You will receive emails/texts when showings are scheduled, and they do their best to get feedback from the realtor showing the house. Also, he gives you several financial scenarios based on updating certain parts of your house such as the kitchen or bath. This will help you understand the ROI if you do an update. He also has a great network of contractors that he recommends to get you to the next level. I utilized both his carpet installer and cabinet painter.
