I recently had an outstanding experience at Mahomet Family Dentistry that I just have to share. While flossing, I accidentally popped off my crown, a situation that could have been quite stressful. However, the team at Mahomet Family Dentistry immediately put my worries to rest. They were able to fit me in their schedule right away, which was incredibly relieving.

The dentist who attended to me was not only skilled but also exceptionally friendly, making the whole experience much more comfortable. The procedure to fix my crown was done quickly and efficiently, showcasing the high level of expertise at this clinic.

What stood out the most was the warm and friendly environment. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a great staff who made sure I felt welcome and at ease. It’s clear that they prioritize patient care and comfort, which is so important in a dental office.

Overall, my visit to Mahomet Family Dentistry was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of top-notch dental care. They’ve certainly earned a loyal patient in me!

It was my first visit in a long time and everyone was incredibly kind and understanding. My daughter and son were also seen and my son’s health with some trauma with previous dentists and they were SO patient with him and let him guide the appointment. We will be longtime customers of Mahomet Family Dentistry!

Such a wonderful dentist office that I felt compelled to write a review. Front desk team is well-organized, professional, friendly and attentive. Hygienists are friendly, focused and efficient. The dentist is on time, courteous, thorough and professional. Their office is designed well and a pleasant space to be. They offer online booking and text-based reminders. And great location - easy to swing by on my way into Champaign. Highly recommend.

The staff here is wonderful!!! Professional experience with a friendly and warm team of just good people. I love that I am able to contact them and my questions are answered and if I need to be seen I'm done so asap. I won't be going anywhere soon these guys are great.

Five stars are not enough for this practice. I had extensive dental work completed. The office is spotless. The staff is second to none and follow up with every request. My dental assistant Amy is excellent, the best for last. Dr. Kassem is fantastic. Fast and effective coupled with accurate information regarding my case. He responded to my follow up questions, after hour questions and even squeezed me in in between appointments for sudden adjustments to my dentures. I cannot say enough about this practice.Hands down the best dentist and dental office I have ever been too. Highly recommended.

The staff was kind and caring with my 8 year old. She was very very scared but did ok.

Dr Kassem and his crew are great! My hygienist Shelsey was gentle and kind when working in my mouth. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience and a confident smile! 10/10 would recommend!

Hands down one of the best Dentistry I've been to. I have had my teeth cleaned in South Korea, Europe, and over 5 different states in The US. This is by far one of my favorites and they don't try to cut your gums up with the pick. IT WAS PAINLESS

The staff was very friendly. Shannon the hygienist did an excellent job examining and cleaning my teeth, explaining to me everything she was doing in patient-friendly lingo. I waited a while to see the dentist, but he took his time examining my teeth and talking to me about the health of my teeth. He was also very kind. I would rather wait for a dentist who takes his time with each patient than see a dentist who rushes through appointments so much so they don’t even sit down. I’m very pleased with Mahomet Family Dentistry and look forward to receiving dental care here in the future.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! We found out our dentist was retiring last year and had such a hard time finding a good replacement. I am so happy we found Mahomet Family Dentistry!

My daughter had a huge meltdown right when we arrived and literally the entire team came to her aide in attempting to cheer her up. Laura is not only the most gentle hygienist, she is also friendly, great with kids and knowledgeable without being condescending. Even my 9 year old said how nice she was!

It was refreshing that no cosmetic dentistry was pushed or even suggested, as so many dental professionals do now. I truly appreciated this. Highly recommend this office for all of your family's dental needs.

Really great team. I’ve taken my 4 year old there and they were excellent with her. I’ve also gone there and I found them to be the perfect balance of direct and compassionate. In that they can be direct in telling me how to improve my oral health and things I should be doing but also communicate it in a kind and caring way. Another random thing that has always bothered me at other places, but they don’t talk to you while they are in your mouth, so when they talk with you they take their tools out of your mouth and give you time to respond.

I had a great experience. Melissa was very professional and friendly. She did a great job of cleaning my teeth and explaining everything to me. Dr Kassem is the best. He is very thorough and will discuss any questions or problems you have. Then research and explain all options. I recommend them to everyone.

Very nice staff from the receptionist to the dentist. The hygienist took the time to explain what she was doing and why, very educational. My teeth look great!

Dr. Kassem and his staff are always welcoming and friendly. It makes for a more pleasurable experience when needing dental work or a teeth cleaning. I’ve been going to Mahomet Family Dentistry for many years. Even when I lived in Urbana. That’s just how good they are!

My visit to Mahomet Family Dentistry was pleasant, professional, safe, and informative. The staff all followed proper Covid precautions. Melissa, my hygienist, did an excellent job, and was was very positive to talk to. Dr Kassem did an excellent job walking through and speaking in easy to understand terms about my exam.
