John was extremely helpful. He assisted in correcting several errors from another location with setting up our account. He made the calls needed - did not complain and was great to work with! I would highly recommend working with John @ this location! He’ll get to the bottom of the issue and work until resolved. We had seven trips to two other Verizon locations with unresolved issues. He did the research and resolved them all in on one visit.

I had a problem with my phone that has been driving me crazy for over 2 weeks. Not only did Matt fix the problem in less than a minute he also looked into my account to make sure I was getting the best deal.

Went in to Verizon in Mahomet Il. Transferred from AT&T to Verizon. Had trouble with AT&T letting me leave and Matt took care of me with the best customer service I have ever received. He Transferred contacts, numbers,photos, screen protector and everything else I had questions about. I recommend Matt and Verizon over all the other competitors. Thanks for all your help today.

I went in to the Mahomet Verizon store after having lost my iPhone and all information (including passwords) with very low confidence and high anxiety about anything being able to be done. Ryan performed miracles in my mind! I have a new phone. Basically all my info was retrieved! I’m extremely pleased, to say the least!
