Sprint Store

I was having a lot of difficulty with my replacement phone. The staff at Sprint on Prospect worked for an hour to straighten everything out. Dontae Evans even reviewed with me what I needed to know before returning my old phone. The staff was friendly and courteous. I left feeling very relieved. They also answered any questions I had about new phones I was considering in the future. I am so appreciative of their knowledge of equipment and their patience to completely resolve my problem.

I was on the phone with Sprint's 800# for over 2 hours and after speaking with 3 seperate workers, none of them knew the problem and stated they could not help me. I called Sprint on Prospect and as soon as I told the associate what my problem was, he knew the solution right away. He asked me to come to the store. I was in and out in about 5-10min. His name was Tevaughn and I will always be back to this Sprint store. He was very polite over the phone and extremely knowledgeable about my new phone.

My wife and I wanted to upgrade our phones without increasing our monthly payment too much. Visited this store and the staff was so very professional, courteous, patient and personable. Mr Trae Lynn along with the store manager, Mr Kumasi Jones tried everything in the Sprint arsenal to get us what we wanted and what would be best for us. They even worked with "Corporate Sprint" for over an hour, to assure we got the best plan, the best deal, and great-working phones before we left their store.
I would recommend going to them and let them work with and for you for your cell phone, tablet and other electronic needs.

So I went in knowing they where not going to help me really or coming up with a solution other than for me to get a new phone.
My charger port broke and my phone is super old and they don't have the phone and they called the insurance and they said they don't know what phone would be shipped and so forth... during this time Curtis went to the back and found a port and was able to get me all fixed up. I was great full and excited. One of the best sprint experiences that I have had in a minute!
Also not sure why this store is not a store that can fix phones but they need to change it back please and thanks!

I would have to say that I honestly love this store. The customer service is excellent. The guys remember who I am and actually understand what I am wanting done, even though I am very difficult. They give me the best resolution to all my phone problems. A++++++ and that is why I have been a Sprint customer for almost 10 years. Thanks guys.

Such a great experience. Traevon was so helpful. He got my dad and I set up with our new phones. He answered all of our questions, and was very courteous. Will definitely be back to that location for any phone needs.

Kumasi Jones was extremely helpful to me in
my Apple ID password reset and getting me able to purchase products in the apps store again. He was very patient. That is worth to mention to his credit. I appreciate all the trouble he did for me as a customer. His endeavors were so outstanding and notable.

My favorite Sprint store hands down! The sales reps don't complicate the sales process everything is simple and easily understood. They answered all my questions and my bill was what was to quoted me. Good business!!!

I had a wonderful experience. Traevon, Kumasi and Casey were knowledgeable, fair, friendly and professional. I had a blast in this store. Switched from MetroPCS, got an insane deal on a Samsung S20+ and a great monthly unlimited plan. Bonus - Hulu and Tidal are included free every month with my plan. Visit this store if you want a great Sprint experience!

These guys are great!

I get the feeling when I work with them, that they love their job, and they are not just trying to sell you the latest, but are there to help you.

For example, for many of my kids it doesn't make sense for us to purchase new phones, so we buy ours off of ebay or from another reputable used phone sores, and then take them into the store where they help set them up. As I understand it, their store probably doesn't make anything for such events.

Today, my wife just has to have a new iPhone, and I'll be going in to buy one... And I'm going to this store...!

Trae Wynn was the BEST! My mom, sister and I all got new phones and he made it super easy and quick for all of us. I dropped my old phone off on my 15 minute break while at work then picked my new phone back up on my lunch without any problems. Trae was more than happy to work with me and my work schedule to get me a new phone. Highly recommend going to see Trae for anything phone/tech related!

This store is amazing. The customer service is exceptional. I wouldn't recommend you to go to any other store. The reps go above and beyond. I really don't understand how anyone could give a bad review. Any bad experience a person may have had must of stemmed over from another store

My #1 store I come here for everything. These guys really know what they're doing! The entire staff is great and never disappoint.

By far some the best service that I received. If you see any bad reviews dont believe it. Because these guys always go above and beyond. Anyone that gave a bad review must of went in the store with some unreachable expectations. I would only go to the store. NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!

If you like honesty and good business with reps that have more than two to three years of cell phone experience go to sprint on Prospect.

My bill was perfectly what they said it would be... got my phone duplicated with a case and screen protector. I love the store on Prospect

Traveled from out of town had to stop along the way. The employees at Sprint on Prospect Ave saved my life!!! Phone locked up lost my info, not only did they fix my issue they recovered ALL my info. Go there...
