Came into this store as I am considering switching from Verizon. I had the pleasure of bombarding Mr. Munoz with all of my questions in regards to Cricket service maps, monthly billing plans, perks, discounts and insurance policies. He answered them all confident and efficiently showing me in writing what I wanted. Thanks for the great service.

Upgraded to a new phone today and the two women working at the Prospect location today (New Years Eve) were great - friendly, helpful, in general, just very good people to work with. Thumbs up!
