Reaching to Globe Midwest was by far the best decision we made when dealing with our claim. They were not only excellent at dealing with the insurance company, but they were willing to drive more than 4 hours to get to our house several times. The insurance company was difficult and Globe Midwest was relentless until they got the job done. We commend their knowledge and expertise when dealing with insurance companies.

The amazing and devoted Adjuster, DJ and his team member Adan Quezada, a talented Estimator, were a force to be reckoned with. The due diligence of this team is beyond compare. It was in July of 2022 my family suffered a horrific arson loss.
DJ and Adan Quezada became our family. DJ caught all the mistakes made in amounts due to us. We would have been underpaid by thousands. DJ taught us Globe Midwest is that liaison and middleman that is a segue to being made whole! His integrity, his stamina, his perseverance, and compassion were what we needed.

A rental property we own caught fire last year. My business partner and I had no experience dealing with an insurance company following a catastrophic loss like that. DJ walked us through the process, step by step, and got us a terrific outcome inside of six months. DJ was knowledgeable, responsive, communicative, answered all of our questions, and guided us to a terrific outcome. Without DJ and his team, our result would have almost certainly been much worse.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Bobby Levin and the Globe Midwest/Adjusters on more than one occasion. The most recent claim in Delaware proved challenging as we dealt with a carrier that required very detailed reporting and backup documents. In addition, the claim involved many trades, and because it was the result of a hurricane dealt with some environmental issues. Nevertheless, whether it included on-site inspections, regular phone calls, and meetings, Bobby remained focused on the task, working with all parties to ensure the successful restoration of the development.

Great experience!!! I had an electrical fire and the whole house got full of smoke. Even though the fire was contained in one small area of the basement, the damage was throughout the entire home. I called Globe and within an hour Yossi Gottfried was there to take the lead. I immensely appreciate his knowledge and professionalism.

Same goes to DJ Cramen. DJ spent a lot of his time which was extremely helpful. Being an industry veteran with years as insurance adjustor as well as public adjustor, makes him a guru in the space.

Although it still pains me to look at the contents file (as it was all a total loss), Karrie Thomas did an extraordinary job of indexing, referencing and organizing this monster of a list together...

Going through this process without these guys would have been a terrible mistake. I would have waisted time and most likely would not have achieved the same results financially.

We hired Globe Midwest after our house fire in Dec 2018. Stuart Dorf and Jason Martell did an outstanding job handling our claim. We appreciated their great communication and attention to detail. I’m writing to let you know that the long nightmare is drawing to a close.

It is amazing to me that we literally had to go to war with our insurance company. This company took our money in premiums every month with the promise that they would be there for us if the worst happened. The worst DID happen, and nothing could be further from the truth! Every step of the way there was disappointment, delays, lowball offers, etc.

I owe a great debt of gratitude to the team at Globe Midwest! At first, it took me months to realize I couldn’t get the insurance company to deal fairly with me. Eventually, even my insurance agent said we should get outside help in dealing with this company! You stayed with me, calling repeatedly to check in and offer reassurance that help is available through your company when I had enough of the carrier’s nonsense. I cannot begin to go into all the details of my horrendous experience with my insurance company following a flood in my house due to a faulty valve in my dishwasher. However, I could go on and on about the person who saved the day for me at Globe Midwest - DJ Cremen!! From what I understand, this was a relatively small claim for them to be adjusting (but for me, it was a substantial part of my assets!). Neither here nor there, DJ treated like it was a very big, important deal! He spent hours and hours dealing very professionally with the claim rep from my insurance company, who was EXTREMELY difficult and unreasonable. He kept me in the loop at all times.
