Shopping with an xxsP daughter, seeking a perfect interview outfit for medical school, we could not have come to a better place. We found the ideal confidence blazer, perfect pants on great sale. Store clerk were helpful and friendly. Will visit again.

I just left your store and from what I could gather the woman next to me was a recent window who was returning some clothes never worn by her late husband when she started to cry. Your clerk acted quickly and swiftly and came around from behind the counter and gave the woman a giant hug. The two of them hugged for a minute and when I left your clerk was beginning to cry with the woman. A response like your employees cannot be trained or taught, her reaction was genuine and caring. I just wanted to bring this to your management teams attention as no manager was present but you should all be very proud of how well your employee handled the situation. Many people would freeze in that position and not know how to respond making the widow feel even worse. Your employee could not have handled it better and deserves an accommodation. The same employee earlier had also helped me decide on a shirt and upsold me on an undershirt to go with it. Had never been to a J Crew before but was very impressed

Great collection of shirts, blazers and suites.

Service was great besides them being short staffed. Sydney, the gal doing every job in the store, was patient, and professional.
