Compass Insurance Partners staff has been great to work with. They find the best deals possible. When I was on a trip internationally they were able to change my travel insurance on the go (we ended up routing to another location). Car, homeowners, travel insurance, etc. I would highly recommend their services!

I was in a fender bender last year where another car failed to see me in a turn lane and did over a thousand dollars worth of damage to my car. I was able to get ahold of my agent right away and had no issues moving forward and getting car taken care of. I also can always get ahold of my agent when I have any questions regarding my policy. Very pleased with the service I have been receiving for over 7 years!

One of their clients backed into our car at HyVees in Bloomington. They suggested we get an estimate at a body shop they recommended. Based on the estimate, the client was either going to pay out-of-pocket or a claim would be filed. I guess the estimate was too high ($662) as the agent came back to us and claimed we had 50 percent responsibility and that we should file our own cliaim. Their assertion was not true and they knew it. At a minimum, I don't think they acted ethically.
