We went there today for the first time and we got there a little after they closed due to it being small storm Saturday. The owner saw us peering in the
Windows looking and let us come in and shop!!!
She was so nice and welcoming and even took us over to their pop up shop next door!! Will definitely be going back to support them!! So many cute items, but the best was the hospitality and kindness!! Thank you so much!! My daughter Makayla loved her Birch and Beam shirt she got from you!! Thank you again!!

This store is the cutest little store ever! It has such unique and fun home accessories and clothing. I bought an awesome pillow that matches perfectly in my living room. I also bought the most comfortable lounge pants. Wish they came in more colors. I could wear them everyday! Go visit the store. You won’t be disappointed.

The shop has such cute clothes and gift ideas. I have bought several clothing items and headbands among other things and love everything! The owners are absolutely amazing and so kind. I would recommend visiting every week to see all the new items. I will foresure be a regular!

GUYS!!! Oh my gosh, this store is simply amazing. There’s no other store like it... you walk in and instantly want to buy just about everything!!! They have adorable clothes along with beautiful items for your house. AND on top of it all the owner is the sweetest ever!! That’s another reason I love walking in Birch and Beam!! Oh my I don’t even know where to start. I’m giving y’all 100 stars!
I’ve been looking for a special accent cabinet for some time and I was so lucky to find it online at Birch and Beams. I payed right a way thinking someone will contact me and deliver it. 5 minutes after I payed Jen the owner texted me and said that they are located in IL and there would be no delivery. She Immediately refunded me my money. Now, I leave in GA that would be 10 hours of driving. I was so upset. My husband said let’s go get it… I texted Jen, she went to her boutique on day that they were closed and took several pictures and video to make sure that is the cabinet that I want.
10 hours later my husband and I were picking up our beautiful cabinet, Jen was not there but we met her wonderful husband and her team. Everyone was absolutely kind and customer service was fantastic! Birch and Beams is gorgeous boutique with so many unique items and of course I couldn’t resist and I purchased more stuff!!! Next day we drove back and when I was unpacking my items I’ve noticed that I was missing something.
Jen again responded immediately and sent me missing item the next day!
Y’all the kindness and care that Jen and her team gave us it is so rare now days, Thank you guys for everything. I wish I could be closer, I know we would’ve been a good friends!

Great place to visit, shop, and take in the fragrances the store has to offer as soon as you walk in the door. A quaint atmosphere with lots of unique items to choose from; high quality candles with a large variety of scents that are hard to decide on, clothing items not found in big box stores, country knickknacks everywhere, and even a mans, man section featuring high end grooming products. I know I'll be going back soon. Thanks, Birch and Beam! It was a fun day.
