I have read several of the reviews previously posted... but, I just need to make it known that Dr.Lucy Amory, Jennifer Deanne FNP and Dr. Genevieve Whiting are all amazing. There may be scheduling issues- which is not the Drs fault, they may not always have appts the same day...but quite honestly...most offices don't or it happens rarely- if you're the first caller of the day and someone canceled overnight. Dr's are slammed with illness since Covid and its only getting worse this time of year. On the plus side if you want an educated, experienced physician to oversee your child...these ladies are certainly it! They will do as much as possible through the portal and now have the ability to send pictures through mychart so you don't always need an appointment! I understand these are our kids and we want answers etc...but every other concerned parent has waited for their appt too. Happy Holidays 😊

As someone who has to have multiple blood draws each year, I have always found this location to be clean and easily accessible. The staff has always been polite and very professional. I've probably been here 30-50 times and never had a problem. (I have, however, found the blood lab waiting room packed on early Monday mornings and longer wait times then.)

Came to this location after being fed up with the Windham location's terrible desk staff and constant scheduling errors. We have always had great experiences here and we LOVE Dr. Whiting. Just had to make a last minute rescheduling of an appointment due to a mix up, and it was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for a new pediatrician!

The doctors at this practice are extremely caring, attentive, and proactive. My family's been in to see both Dr. Ho and Dr. Girard numerous times recently while dealing with my daughter's recent illness, and we've always been in very capable hands and felt confident in their decisions.

We have a large family. All of our children see Dr, Jane Ho at the Westbrook location. We've seen Dr. Ho for several years and she has ALWAYS been the most caring physician that we've ever known.

One of my older daughters gave birth to a child that was oxygen deprived in the womb and had severe brain damage. Dr. Ho and the staff we extremely patient and kind when explaining the medical issues and complications of the situation. Our grandbaby died from complications of his issues. Dr. Ho attended the funeral. That's how much she cares.

Easy to get quick appointments and patient staff that listens.

I'm a recent patient but in the few times I've gone my experience has been good. The process of becoming a new patient seemed a bit more extraneous than at other offices I've been to, but the staff I talked to was nice and the doctor made me feel comfortable. I got some lab work done and received the results by phone call quickly and they were clear that they were there to help if I had any questions. The pricing seemed fair to me, and they must've changed around something in the office since previous reviewers, because I only sat in the waiting room for about 5 minutes before being called in. Oh, and please vaccinate your children!

We love our children's PCP- she always listens and takes time with each patient. Her support staff are great too. What I don't like is how it is sometimes difficult to get sick visits.

While I like the doctors in this office very much, and the clinical staff, the front desk's attitude is continually appalling - I loathe calling the office because I know I will be treated like crap (and this has been true for years now). It is also extremely difficult to be seen in a timely manner for same-day - or even same week appointments - a few months ago I was told I could not have an appointment until 7 days from the time I called (and this was due to a concern about a possible clavicle fracture). That was not the first time, and I often end up going to the walk in clinic in my town due to the inability to schedule appointments - which kind of defeats the purpose of "primary care"...

I really like the providers at this office - my children have gone here for over 9 years. What I don’t care for are the secretarial staff and customer service reps - they are rude. Also, the fact that you cannot make an appointment exactly 30 days in advance is a huge inconvenience for a busy family with young children.

Dr. Girard was great, everything else about it was really challenging. Long waits, staff generally presented as frustrated and not very helpful. Ended up switching after a very brief time.

I have been reporting my falls due to pain for over 6 months . This includes some serious ones where I lost pints of blood and required being seen at the hospital. Only recently did anyone care enough to even talk about it. In addition the first time I requested a refill on a non narcotic medication that I had been on for years, I received a note where the doctor wrote Denied. The note also said it wasn't due to be refilled until the next day. Most places require a couple days notices.
Patients shouldn't have to go through this type of stuff. Also. I received no apology.

Don't waste your time!!!!!! After making an appointment back in late October 21 earliest available was Feb 22, 2022. Office calls and asked to reschedule earliest available was Mar 29, 2022. Call to see if we can get in sooner due to a conflict and was told nothing available for 90 days. This is absolutely unacceptable! There are no other options given by the staff and they have zero empathy for your situation! Pray your situation isn't dire.

I've been waiting two weeks to have lab work scheduled. I was called twice from the office by people to ask about dates I'm available for Drs appointment and lab. I gave both the same info. I called back after not hearing from anyone. Apparently, they were scheduled. However, no one called me. I was just told. Sorry. This is unacceptable. They should recognize the urgency when a persons health is at stake.

This practice has been wonderful for many years, however within the last year it has been increasingly difficult to schedule appointments and the staff are more irritable as time goes on. The doctors don't work on Fridays and often I'm told there's only one or two providers in the office. This is just unacceptable. I would not recommend this practice.

I have gotten the same person, sandra, on the phone a few times to discuss personal and sensitive info and I must say I have no clue how or why she got into health care customer service. She has one of the most judgemental tones and makes it for uncomfortable to ask for help. They need to have better training on answering the phones because it puts a bad taste in one's mouth. I might shop around for another doctor because of the attitude and judgement I felt I was given.

I can see why insurance costs are so high after a recent visit to this office. My husband arrived at 8:00 for blood draw, then went directly to the doctors office for bp check. He was there from 8:10 until 9:10 - even tho there was only one other patient in the place and he didn't even see the doctor! Nurse took his bp which took about 4 minutes and he was charged 55.00!!!! Hello - 55.00 for 5 minutes? How about the cost of his time sitting there for an hour? I think I will send them a bill for his time away from our business! I will check his bp from now on. RIDICULOUS!
