Absolutely LOVE My Custom Swag - they are great designers with high-quality merchandise and a friendly team. Their clothing items look professional, last and wear well, and are frequently purchased by our guests. The owners have even stayed late to allow me to pick up the items directly from their warehouse. So happy to support a small business providing a meaningful and top-notch service.

So we were under a crunch in timing to have something made for our adoption parents. We had a baby for a married couple who been trying for over 8 years and two miss carriages. Every place that did engraving was a week or two behind in production. Then my custom swag came through at first they said about a week but we were leaving the hospital in 2 days tops. Then they had called us back while we were sitting there thinking of a new present for the new parents. They said production isn’t that busy at the moment so it could take two days maybe depending on what you need. I said we will come in with it and see what happens. Not only did they get it done within 20-30 mins but told Ronnie what we were doing and our story behind it. Gave him the name and the date of what we wanted and left it in his hands on what style and how to put it on the item. Not only will I use them again I have told everyone I know that usually needs things done that My custom swag does or anyone that is looking for a reference I say my custom swag not only are they good at what they do they are 100% great people. When I went back to pick it up Ronnie looked at me and Shock my hand and said I heard your story when you were telling us what you need done and your time frame of way. He looked at me saying I wanna say this is on us and you don’t owe me anything I commend you and your girlfriend for what you did and wish there was more people like you in this world. I have ordered through my custom swag several times over the last 5 years. Most recently I placed a large order for the long term care/skilled nursing facility I work for as we were wanting comfortable, professional attire we could all wear with our company logo and titles on them. My custom swag delivered!! The 1/2 zip’s we ordered came out fabulous ! The logo was embroidered so well, and the jackets them selves were very comfortable and professional looking. Everything was ready in a timely manner as well. The jackets were so loved by all the staff we placed a second order since most people wanted more than one. I have never been disappointed with a purchase and always appreciate the great customer service and professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend them !

Great company! Beautiful work, great prices and quick turn around time. I have ordered embroidered shirts for my husband, coffee cups, a 4’ x 6’ banner for a party, magnetic name tags and tee shirts. It’s amazing how many things this company can do. If you’re not sure how you want something to look, Jen is very creative and has great ideas. I live in Arizona, shipping is very reasonable too! You can’t go wrong with this company!

They can customize anything to your specs and have been great to deal with on several orders I’d give them a 4 Star review but went with 5 stars only because everything I've ordered through them has come out way better than anticipated !!!!
