Angel Food Bakery & Donut Bar

Went in blind on the curry-flower puff (no reviews of it and the description sounded iffy) but it paid off - it is gooood! Flavorful, balanced filling with a bit of heat in a yummy flaky shell. Wish it was warmed up a bit more, but NBD. Got a few donuts and enjoyed them too. Glad I chose this place.

This place is so cute! In terminal 1 of the MSP Airport, I expect the higher prices for the food. I got a breakfast sandwich with sausage. The biscuit was perfect-at least to my preference-crispy on the outside, but not too messy to eat as it did not crumble. The dark roast coffee is pretty good-maybe a little too dark. They only have 2 coffee choices-both hot. A light and a dark roast. I would have liked an iced version because this airport is hot. The donuts and other baked goodies looked so yummy. But what tops it off for me was the cheerful employee who was taking orders. Not everyone is that cheerful at 4 in the morning-so I really appreciated his positive, friendly attitude. They do have a cooler with other options like water bottles, canned nitro coffee, sandwiches, and more. I'd recommend trying this place out!

I don't understand how this place has a 3.8 rating.
I had a 6 am flight and got to the airport early. I didn't want the usual #Dunkin or #CaribouCoffee so I walked about the E gates and stumbled upon Angel Food Bakery and Donuts.
I was worried that they would just have sweets but was pleasantly surprised at their breakfast sandwiches and savory menu.
I got a sausage, egg and cheese on a biscuit. The biscuit was a nice, dense biscuit that didn't crumble easily. The cheddar was melted nicely and the eggs were definitely real because there were some shells.
I got some cookies and a scone to bring back for the family.
This staff was super friendly for the 4/5 am hr and super quick.
I Def recommend this place but would also suggest that they take names so it's a little easier to figure out who's hot order is for who.

Cute little pastry shop with a great selection of unique donuts, scones, pretzels and a very friendly staff. I got a blueberry lemon scone- they asked if I wanted it heated up... yes please!! Thank you very much- very good!! 👍😎
...ohh, and my scent was Dove body wash, fresh cucumber & green tea. ❤

Amazing!! Located in the Minneapolis airport— made a special stop during my trip. Not your mama’s donuts. Fun toppings of breakfast cereal , bacon and chocolate shavings I enjoyed a yummy glazed gluten free donut. Good service. Tasty and unique treats.

Oh my goodness. Best cookies I've had in ages. Pretzel was amazing. I didn't love the donut I tried - salted carmel, but would definitely return for the cookies and pretzel.

This place is amazing! I'm like a kid in a candy shop but it's just donuts and other goodies. They have a variety of donuts and other baked goods, some of the flavours are unique and I wish I could have tried them all! The shop is designed very nicely and you can watch the baker's make the fun creations. I would recommend this to anyone at the airport and even visit their downtown location. The service is nice and the staff is helpful and friendly

I had to see and taste the chocolate chip cookies. I got voted the best in the Twin Cities and I’m here to say it did not disappoint crispy and buttery. It’s worth the beautiful two dollars I paid for it.

Amazing, fresh baked donuts! So happy I found them this morning and enjoyed a Death by Chocolate donut with my coffee. I will be back to try more flavors.

The bakery is so cute! I got a strawberry sugar frosted donut! It was delicious and the dough was wonderful! It was amazing!

I’ve been here a few times now. The donuts are great, and I highly recommend! HOWEVER, it’s a shame you don’t have a fully sprinkled donut. Please change this 🙏
