absolutely disgusted with the service in the New Stand store at Minneapolis airport.
My situation is this. Our family were diverted to Minneapolis airport due to the engine catching fire, we have an 11 month baby with us and needed additional diapers due to no available flights until next day.
I asked the store person to wait until I got my wallet to pay for the diapers, and when I returned, he had closed the store for the day.
The website indicates the store closes at 5pm, he closed it before 4:30pm, and fully knew why I needed the diapers.
Dreadful person, dreadful business!
