Joey was absolutely amazing. With a little time between my connections i stopped in to purchase a fragrance. Unfortunately they did now have it, but Joeys customer service made me feel better that the purchase probably would have. Keep up the good work

my friend left her phone on the MAC counter, the employee kindly saved it from being stolen and kept it for her! prices save on tax as well, nice that you can buy stuff even if you're only on a domestic flight. great helpful employees.

Large bottle of Drambuie. $29.00. Best price i've ever seen.

It's a small shop, selection is really limited and it seems like prices are generally higher vs. some other Duty Free shops I've been to. Also, price tag was off and I was pleasantly surprised at the counter, but it should be fixed. Staff tried to contact another location to check if what I was looking for was available, pleasent experience overall.

When I went through customs to declare my cigarettes and alcohol ..I opened the bag There was no cigarettes. Delta was great. They searched the plane twice just in case. Contacted the store with no response.they charged me for a carton of Pall mall blue and never gave them to me

Horrible experience. After buying my bottle of scotch they specifically told me they have to deliver the bottle as we board the plane. Our flight was delayed by over an hour and when it was boarding time she was nowhere to be seen and I never received the bottle I paid for. What a ridiculous setup they have that if your flights get canceled or delayed there’s a big chance you won’t get your items. Easily the most unorganized duty free I've ever visited. Avoid shopping there at all costs.

Prices are horrible. I try to shop here every year on my way fishing. I bought a bottle of Aberfeldy single malt at Sams Club yesterday for about half what they’re charging. Have not bought there in years, not worth it.

I went by at 8:15 am and asked an employee who was opening when they would be open. She said maybe 10 minutes. Over an hour later and they had not yet opened. Now at my gate at 9:39, I see attended taking duty free items to the gate. Not impressed as I have now missed my chance to buy duty free.

Came to the check out lady she asked where I was going when I said Winnipeg she said the are closing early due to weather. Storm had passed 12 hours ago. Also I said politely that they said the had no staff last time and they are 0-2 . She said loudly are you the one who called my boss last time. I said no but I might this time. I know they are to lazy to walk down and drop my stuff . Never shop there again . She was a real c u next Tuesday.

Flying back to Toronto on Jan 12. Purchased a bottle of scotch. The flight was cancelled. Went to Duty Free and store clerk said that they are aware of cancelled flights and will meet me at my rescheduled flight the next day - no need to refund the purchase. Boarding the flight the next day I was handed a package. Boarded the plane - flight attendant stopped me and said that this was not my duty free order. Was told to take my seat and they will find mine. Cabin door closes - flight attendant says they cannot find the order but duty free person said the purchase will be refunded. Still waiting for refund. Not impressed with customer service.

I want to give no stars. The middle aged cashier lady asked me where I was flying, after telling her, she then told me the price of my purchase would include 11% tax and only international passengers pay no tax! Ha. Absolutely terrible service and I wonder why she is lying since the MSP duty free airport website says NOTHING about PAYING TAX. It only says EVERYTHING TAX FREE!! Terrible customer service.

Should be open anytime flights are departing. After a week in Minneapolis I now can’t get anything because they close when my flight is boarding.

Misleading opening hours. Been there at 5:39pm on Monday afternoon and it was closed.

Be open when it says your open store was closed by 4 pm in MSP.. although it says open to 9pm. Guess I won't wait to buy from you guys again if your not going to be open.. at least put a sign out why you closed early...

SCAM! DO NOT BUY.
The prices here are 3X the regular retail price. My girlfriend paid 70$ for a bottle of patron citronage that retails for $22. She was also lied to during the purchasing process about where the liqueur was bottled...

Very rude person at the counter. Sintayehu Bulbula needs training in customer service. He actually pushed me ! I will be contacting Duty Free customer service to log a complaint.

Hours are wrong! Was really looking forward to going in and actually being able to buy something. Do not expect to get in there before 10 or 11 on a Sunday.

It was difficult to get the lady's attention. Then she wouldn't sell be any booze because I'm not Flying out of the country. It also smells horrible. Like feces and aerosol.
