Convenient fast food, next to my hotel. Good service, rapid. Some incidents with the bathroom out of service and some dirty tables in the very far corner of the building. But great.

Great Place! They have the kiosk service as well as help you at the register!

This location was excellent. The energy upon entering felt welcoming. The cashier was a new trainee; but he was pleasant and sought assistance when needed from a supervisor, instead of wasting time to figure out what he couldn't. The employee wearing the blue shirt (assistant manager?) He was attentive, had a pleasant disposition and I felt well-taken care of) He definitely deserves a shout out for a job well done. (I wish I had his name.)The experience was so great it made me feel like returning. In stark contrast to the the unprofessional treatment I received at McDonald's on 159th/Fort Washington Avenue and Broadway. I reported my experience, but never received an acknowledgement of my complaint.

Saw a lot of bad reviews for this location, so I thought I’d chime in. Came in around 4am before catching the bus to LGA airport. Food was super quick and fresh. Staff was nice. Place was clean. Can’t ask for more than that I guess. A lot of reviews complained about there being a lot of homeless people bothering them, but I personally didn’t encounter any while I was there. Whether it’s different depending on the time of day, not too sure.

In the reviews i saw a lot of unhappy customers. I went there anyway and I didn't have any problems. The order was put together fast and right

I did I sit in for a quick grab and go situation. I LITERALLY WAITED 5 minutes for my fresh food. Not only was I happy because the food was delicious, but they got every item correctly made. Even the exact number if condiments that I wanted.

This is one of the best McDonalds I have ever been to. Very well ran, seems to understand How customer service is vital to a successful business And efficiency when balanced properly can make for a most enjoyable customer dining experience. I am not making this up when I say this, I have only had to wait an excessive amount of time once here and that was my fault. I hadn’t fully completed my mobile order. I feltsomenever had to wait very long for anything I’ve ever ordered

One of those brand new McDonald's with all new latté machines and black walls and floors. Very clean place, even the bathrooms were spotless. Ton of seating, there is a more private section towards the back. Service was respectful and efficient. Even when the line was to the door, we never waited more than 8 minutes.

It is under renovation now so one cannot order right now.

McDonald's in America is different to UK. They have "biscuits" They don't have banana shakes. But all cold drinks are 99 cents. Small. Medium. Large. 99 cents. Why would you ever not get a large ? The Fanta is bright orange too. Strange

The staff there seem to work effortlessly and have been there for a long time. They seem happy and work efficiently together. Very clean establishment.

Fast professional service and they gave me extra pies for waiting so patiently

Great experience. It was late but received my food happily enough and hot even for a late night meal

The staff is so friendly and polite, I actually like coming into this McDonalds establishment. They have yet to let me down or messed up my food.
