Downtown Brighton Express Stop

I came in on Thanksgiving and I was met with a warm smile and an amazingly sweet lady!

I love coming here, and have been doing so for 3 years now. Every employee I've interacted with have always been super friendly and overall positive interactions.

The man working today on the other hand is really bringing the place down. He's the epitome of antisocial, and goes out of his way to ignore being greeted by a smiling customer. I understand that some people/workers prefer to not socialize, but this man won't respond to any form of small talk, which just pushes a hostile vibe onto you.

He's been the same everytime I've been in despite me going out of my way to be kind. I understand that it's possible he may not like his job or something, but he could at least pretend to project some joy or happiness out so it's not so off-putting to come in.

The worker inside is rude and shouldn't be working a job that deals with customers. Aug 16th at 6pm
