Chris Chapman - State Farm Insurance Agent

Chris is always helpful and easy to work with. I'm nominally lazy about shopping around and have been with State farm for ≈20 years for both auto and home insurance. They've always treated me well and had reasonable rates and their claim's process was easy to navigate any time I've needed it.

I’ve been a customer with State Farm for a long time, almost my entire adult life. Chris Chapman and “right-hand gal” Pam, are amazing! Super friendly and I always look forward to speaking with each of them! This is an office you can rely on.

I had the unfortunate experience of being in a car accident. Long story short, State Farm was the most professional and had easy to access benefits. No games. Many others will do only what you ask, and won’t remind you of other benefits you have. The agent is working for the insurance company. But with my agents I know they’re going to be on my side and get me what I need.

I haven’t checked recently but once in a while I compare prices... State Farm is always the best!
The reason I switched to them way back is because their car insurance rate was LESS THAN HALF what other companies would (and were!) charge us!!!
It doesn’t hurt to compare... 😏

We are happy with our rates coming from Progressive and my agent and office staff are all very pleasant. The online claim interface was a little ungainly for uploads amd process, but I'll take claim reliability and rates over that.

The LOWEST PRICED insurance company ever!!!! Professional, honest, caring, and helpful.
I told a professional person what I paid for car insurance, and he was totally awed by my very low premium. He also said the coverage I got was unheard of for the amount I pay.
