I don’t usually post things or do reviews but I would like to recommend Mr Gardella if your in need of legal work. I needed a Last Will and Testament , Durable Power of Attorney on Disability , Funeral Representative, Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care and Donor Card and instructions. This needed to be done on very short notice due to unexpected surgery that I was to have and wanted it done prior to having any procedures. Mr Gardella exceeded any and all expectations that I had for all this paper work to be done. He explained everything in detail several times when I didn’t understand something. Even when I went into sign papers I changed someone on my all my paper work and this had to be redone in which he did it right then in his office. He was very professional and very friendly. Never did I feel like I wasn’t important . And I was always able to reach him by phone for any questions that I had. I used him one other time 15 years ago with a legal issue with my 17 year old son and he was also very caring and did provide great legal advice for my son and kept him from going to jail. I would highly recommend him in doing my legal issues and paperwork. I also drove 40 minutes since I no longer live in Brighton for his services. This should tell you how much I trust him and I’m not normally trusting of lawyers especially when it comes to my own affairs!
