You're a vet who truly cares for it's patients. When my dog Tawas suddenly started acting lethargic and depressed, I called VCA and you were willing take us within an hour. Unfortunately my dog Tawas was laid to rest. I thank you for your compassion. I was waiting for more results the day after my appointment, 8am exactly the doctor was texting me asking how my dog was doing. Thank you for everything VCA.

In August we got the devastating news that our baby, Teddy, has FIP. Today he is cured and thriving from all the care and love he received from every single staff member at VCA Brighton Animal Hospital. We are forever grateful ❤

Our puppy loves the vet! He pulls me into the building when we get there because he knows he’s going to get lots of affection (and lots of treats!) Our boy is happy and healthy because of them.
We normally see Dr. Richter who is amazing, and we saw Dr. Balavitch once who was also wonderful. All of the staff I have met have been kind, professional, and clearly happy to be doing what they do.
Other highlights: clean facility, easy to book appointments/ get information through the website, the care plan makes routine things very affordable, and they always follow up after appointments to see how your pet is doing.
But what made the biggest impact was this: We had a very stressful situation where another puppy came into our care who we knew wasn’t going to do well in our home. They not only provided great medical care to him, but they were so kind and understanding about the situation, providing us with support and resources for him.
We’re so thankful we chose VCA Brighton and we would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I have a lab that recently started limping on both hind legs with one almost non weight baring. They were great about getting her in the same day to be seen and started on something for pain and was able to quickly schedule her for diagnostic x-rays. A few days later she started having blood in her urine and again they were able to see her the same day and treat her for a UTI. All the staff have been very kind and I truly appreciate their care and timely treatment. I love that they come into the room and sit down with you to go over everything and never make me feel rushed or that my questions are unimportant. They also messaged me a few days after my dog was seen to make sure she was doing okay.

This place is wonderful. I was nervous about changing veterinarians but we felt so welcomed at the VCA. The vet tech (i believe her name is Emily) and Dr. Bruin were compassionate and my dog warmed up to both of them right away.Highly recommend! Thank you.

I'm a licensed vet tech and I recently accompanied a friend with a sweet cat that she found abandoned for a pre-surgical office visit. The entire staff was "excellent" on every level. Wonderful experience!!! Highly recommend 👍👍

Our 9yo German Shepard wasn’t feeling well so we took her here. She ended up passing away while in the office. The employees & the vet were very sympathetic and let my husband and I take our time saying goodbye.. a few days later we received a card in the mail from this office giving us condolences about our sweet dog. The care and compassion we received from the employees was nothing less than beautiful. Thank you for caring for Freya for the short time she was in your hands. ❤🐾

Great vets who are very sensitive, competent, and treat my animal friends well. I recently had to say goodbye to my 20-year-old sick kitty cat, and they very expertly and sensitivity handled the whole situation. I highly recommend this vet clinic. They really respect the person-animal bond.

The staff at VCA Brighton are all so incredibly delightful and kind. I have a Shiba Inu and that breed can be quite temperamental to say it nicely… but they treat my girl with such love and kindness. I live in Commerce MI and I will continue to drive out to Brighton every appointment just because of how highly I think of every staff member here at VCA Brighton

All of the staff from the receptionist to the medtech to the Doctor are always Professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and safe. Great customer service for both humans and animals.

Extremely helpful and great care. They walked me through the steps to getting my dog back to good shape after he'd been hit by a truck. They were patient and understanding and actually cared about the statis of my dog.

Very nice veterinarians and a very professional staff. Prices are comparable to other vets in the area as well.

The parking lot is the only issue sometimes. It can be difficult finding a spot some days.

We began coming to VCA Brighton when we moved to the area in the fall. Since then we have been in for a few minor ailments (ear infection, eye irritation) for our 7 year old Boxer. We have had an excellent experience with VCA thus far. Both times we were able to get a same or next day appointment, even as a new patient. Wait times are excellent compared to our last vet; they are quick to get you to a room to see the tech, and ultimately the doctor. We've seen both Dr. Lee and Dr. Richter, both of which were comprehensive with their questions and exam. I have even received follow up communication (text) checking in our how our dog is doing post appointment. I appreciate the efficient and thorough care that we have received.

Always scary to try a new vet. This staff and doctor was exceptional! I was so pleased with the care. They have a VCA payment plan to help with costs! Love that. Knowledgeable, professional, and warm.

This animal hospital is ABSOLUTELY one of the BEST!! I've been to many vet offices since my wife and I take care of many animals. The doctor and staff were remarkable, understanding, helpful, kind, heart warming and very knowledgeable with the care given to our new cat.

The vet techs are very friendly and kind. They can administer vaccinations and other minor routine checkups for your pet on shorter notice and for a bit less of an office charge. They will also consult the in house DVM if necessary at your appt. Very pleased with their care for Jake!

Always a good experience with this veterinarian. They are the only one I trust with my pets care.
