Ordered two diploma frames on the webpage. Due to back ordering issues, I called the bookstore to place a new order. The store manager, Jaime, had great customer service and helped me put in an order and shipped it fast. It was the second day of classes and they were great responding to emails and calling me back even though I knew they were extremely busy. I appreciate the awesome diploma frames.

Good sales like an $18 battery pack, but overpriced and understocked. Typical uni bookstore. There are certainly cheaper pdfs (free) online vs $150 books and $50 course packs. Ymmv
