My wife and I found Stacy randomly on Zillow as we were casually starting our search for a lake house and we sure are glad we did! We ended up working with her for over a year and seeing about 10 properties until we found the perfect one.

We trusted Stacy's opinion when she thought the price wasn't right or the school district might not meet our needs. She's also a boater so she understood what we wanted in a lake house (along with big garage storage for all the toys).

The purchase process for our new place went so well that we also asked her to list our old condo for sale in AA and she knocked that out of the park too, getting us well above the asking price.

We loved working with Stacy! We started the home buying process with a relatively vague idea of what we wanted and Stacy helped us narrow down what was important to us and her local expertise helped us consider aspects that we wouldn't have otherwise known. Once we found the right house, Stacy handled the offer process and negotiating with the seller with skillful tact and got us a great deal. We also used Stacy to list our condo, which sold in three days and we had our pick from four over-asking offers! Highly recommend!

Stacy was wonderful to work with from day 1. She was responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. She helped us navigate a very difficult market and got us into a home that we absolutely love in an excellent neighborhood. She was very involved in the negotiations and helped us get the price that we needed to do a few renovations. As first time homebuyers, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Stacy was amazing to work with! As first time homebuyers we didn’t really know exactly what to expect but Stacy helped make the process a breeze. She was always ready and available to answer our questions that came up and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our decision making process. I think we closed on the house only 18 days after viewing it which is awesome! We love our new home and Stacy’s attention to detail while working with us was very comforting and we would recommend her to everyone, and will definitely work with her again for any future home we buy.

Stacy did a fantastic job helping us find and close on our first home during very difficult and unusual circumstances! As first time home buyers, we had many questions about the process and Stacy was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout! She was able to answer any question we threw at her and always took our considerations into account. She was able to give us practical advice that helped us make good decisions when considering each house we looked at. The only thing we would recommend would be to check local city ordinances before considering a home as they can be as particular as an HOA.

This was our third home buying experience. The process has really changed from 22 years ago. We recommend Stacy to anyone looking for a realtor around this area. We were looking in a 50 mile radius around Ann Arbor and she helped us find and win our new home. She is a good communicator, always prompt and really knows how to help you make an offer that can beat the bidding competition.

Stacy Hewitt did a fantastic job selling my home and finding me a new one quickly when a deal went south. She was always available, day and night, for all of my questions and requests. When the other agent absolutely failed to communicate with us or help get us to closing due to a failed septic inspection, Stacy spent hours and hours calling the county, her team, and other professionals to find the answers we needed to help me in my decisions. I met Stacy after putting in a request to view a house on Zillow. What a lucky encounter! I had met a few other agents during my initial house looking, but immediately felt that Stacy was trustworthy, professional, and really listened and cared about her clients. I actually walked away from that showing thinking - I want to be friends with this knowledgeable woman! It was a few weeks later when I wanted to look at a different house and called Stacy - and have stuck with her (and she with me) until I found the right house to purchase and then she sold my condo.

The things extra things I appreciated - she was always responsive to my texts and emails. She was a respectful listener, much appreciated. When she didn't know the answer to something she said so - and then found the answer out and let me know asap. Do you know how rare that is? I didn't want to work with a 'know-it-all'. No one knows it all!

She gave good guidance and saved me some money when I was getting my condo ready to sell in what I needed to do. (It wasn't as much as what I thought).
