As a first time home buyer I was nervous about the whole process but James was very encouraging and patient along the process. He is very knowledgeable and if he is unsure about something that you ask him, he will use his resources to give you the right answer. James is about making sure his buyers are happy with the house they choose to buy and not the paycheck he gets and he really does show that. I couldn't have asked for a better agent and personal experience I got from James.

Being a first-time home buyer was a nerve-racking process. But, then I stumbled upon James through Zillow, and immediately eased my nerves. I of course had many questions to ask, and he also had the time to answer them right away. I have had only one Realtor, so I'm not sure what qualities they should have, but James was always punctual, professional, available and also fun to be around. Made the home-buying process a breeze.

Well let's just start out by saying James contacted me and told me even if I wasn't going to use him as a relator he would do what he could to help if I had any questions.
