Friendly and courteous. My first time walking in and I felt like i was at home and welcome to be there. I put in my order, told John I was going to walk around and check out the store, the next thing i know I became a customer for life now. This place is on my favorites list now for my homes hardware needs. I totally loved the cozy, oldschool feeling here.

I love this place! They always have the odd little things that you can’t find at the chain hardware stores. And the owner is amazing! He will take you directly to what you need, every time!

This is an excellent little hardware store that you can tell has been here for a long time. I'm not sure if he's the owner, but there's always this one guy there, and he's really helpful and knowledgeable. This is a great place to escape from the big-box home improvement stores

I tend to avoid downtown Brighton because of traffic but I needed a bit of a specialty item and they had it. Something that a home Depot or Lowe's doesn't carry. The service and selection will definitely make me go back.

Great old fashioned hardware store! You can buy one bolt or screw or nut without having to buy a package of 5 like you have to at a big box store. And John knows what he is talking about with plumbing, electric and wood and paint and anything else you throw at him.

LOVE this place. Staff is amazing and so gracious with their advice. My husband would hang out here all day if I let him. Makes me proud to call Brighton our new home! Shop here and support your local hardware store!

I've been going to rolson since 1972 I like the mom and pop store and everything they've got it all and if they don't have it they'll get it for you good people good record and I'll continue to go there

John is always helpful with his astonishing depth of wisdom in All Things Hardware .They stock unusual sizes of intermediate base lamps & had the bulb I was seeking! Rolison puts the HARD in Hardware

This is a great Hardware store, where personal service is just a natural event. These people know what they are doing and can help make you project easier. If they don't have what you need, they help define it and where to get it.

I am so happy I found this place. I will definitely back as I have already been several times. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable. They have some great finds in this place.

As always: had exactly the metric bolt I needed, even so it was not a common thread size. None of the big box stores have it (no surprise) but even Fastenal could not sell me.

Always really friendly and helpful. They have everything you need and odds and ends you never knew you needed. Great place to get your screen doors and windows fixed.

Most direct and personal service I have ever received at a hardware store. It is when you can't get it or find it elsewhere...go here...makes you wish you went there in the first place...been there done that !

Needed an O-ring, these guys knew exactly what I was talking about, and exactly where it was at. Wasted my time at the competition first....no clue what I was even talking about! Next time I’ll get it done right the first time and head straight to the experts at Rolison!

While the store is a total mess the staff knows just where everything is and are total pros. I enjoy my time I go to Rolisons. Greg is the best.
