Ever since I first got a cut from her, I have continued to go here my entire time as a student. She will take the time to make the little adjustments if you ask and this has made a world of a difference. Jung Mi 선생님 is an expert in Asian hair! 10/10 would recommend!

Quickly became my favorite place to go for a haircut or perm after moving to Michigan. Every time I visited, my hair always turned out exactly how I wanted it, which can be pretty rare if you have Asian hair like mine (1B)

She seems like a nice person. And overall she did an okay job. But she is doing the haircut really fast (~20 mins per customer). After I arrived home, I realized my sides were not even. And there were long pieces of hair here and there.

Edit: I believe my previous experience mentioned was a one-time occurrence. I've been there multiple times since then. I wholeheartedly recommend getting a haircut from her.

Had my first perm here, the staff were extremely friendly and courteous and walked me through the entire process of having it done.

It's pretty hard to find people who are good at cutting Asian hair in Ann Arbor. I've been coming to Ms. Chang's since my freshman year at UMich after I heard about her from some friends. Besides being really skillful and efficient, she's extremely friendly and welcoming. I'm moving, but if I come back to Ann Arbor, will definitely visit her again!

Jung Mi Chang is very professional. I have only been getting a haircut from her for the last 7 months. As the only hairdresser, her schedule could be tight. So making an appointment beforehand would be the best option which is not a problem for me. Above all, I like how she always personalizes your hairstyle that fit best for you and make sure you leave with neat and fresh look.

It is so good and I have been got my hair cut for two years since 2021 and if you want to make it better, try it, you won’t regret it!

I have fine, straight hair and always have a hard time finding a stylist who knows how to work with it. Jung Mi's was recommended to me through a local mom's group. Setting up an appointment was easy (she does book up fast though). She was professional in finding out just what I wanted but when I asked what she recommended she had great, professional insight that made me tweak my style just a little bit. And I am SO glad I did. I have a new 'baseline' cut that is super stylish and super easy. She also does color work and does great with all hair types. The parking was convenient and I combined my trip with a nice stroll to downtown shops.
