their chocolate covered pineapple is delicious! and they gifted me a free box of strawberries for my birthday which were also amazing. great family owned business, i recommend to everyone for special occasions or just whenever you’re in the mood for something sweet.

Sent a birthday gift all the way from Iowa to my sister who lives in the Brighton area. The picture my sister sent me looks amazing definitely better than what was advertised. Wish my local edible arrangements did such an amazing job!

WOW!! Valerie was so helpful. I called in a last minute order for a friends birthday and right she was so nice and understanding. I was only 2 minutes away and she made the most perfect cheesecake with a strawberry on top. I would’ve paid extra just for the extra mile she took for me. THANK U !!

Fantastic Customer Service! I called to confirm the order I had placed would be delivered to the recipient on time since it was a business address and would close by a certain time. The very pleasant woman (Natalie, I believe) who answered my call said she would actually deliver the order herself shortly to be sure it was received on time and even called me after to confirm the delivery was made. Talk about going above and beyond! Will definitely order from this location again. Thanks to the team there as I know it has got to be tough these days!

I had an excellent experience with the Edible Arrangements in Brighton! I live in Georgia and shipped an arrangement to my parents for Easter. The order status was updated frequently so I was aware of what was going on with the package, and it was delivered right on time! Highly recommend to anyone looking to send someone a nice gift!

I ordered the Fall Harvest bouquet as a "thank you". When it was delivered I was disappointed because unbeknownst to me, the shop was out of the pumpkin bases. I called the store and inquired. Not only did they have more in stock but said they would deliver a pumpkin vase. Well, to my surprise they went above and beyond - delivering a pumpkin vase FILLED with a teddy bear, book of coupons, dipped strawberry and a balloon! This establishment is AMAZING! The original bouquet was beyond delish and so fresh and well put together! If I ever have to send a gift to MI again, I will ABSOLUTELY be using them again!!!! AMAZING! And a huge thank you goes out to them as well.

They called to cancel my delivery I had set up because their driver suddenly quit. They refunded my money. However, the next day I got a call from my friend saying the delivered the arrangement very late the next night and that was at no charge to me. Great company!

I'm well acquainted with Edible Arrangements everywhere I've lived in the US. This is my favorite thank-you note. As with any kind of bouquet, I try to plan ahead so that delivery is fresh. All my recipients love these bouquets themselves. I'll be doing this again for someone else to receive. I live out of state & always order from this Brighton location to purchase sweets for my family that lives in this vicinity. The staff is always so helpful and patient with me on the phone. My family members in Brighton tell me that this location does a 'great' job and really makes 'yummy' treats.

Amazing management who go above and beyond to correct and ensure their customers are left happy and will return. What an outstanding experience I had after calling to complain about the forgotten balloons from my original order, this establishment was willing to work with me to make things right. This location is under new ownership! Despite the power going out and their systems going down the same day I placed my order online, they were nothing but helpful and courteous when I picked my order up the following day due to system issues. Thanks to the team at this location!
