Hong Hua Fine Chinese Dining

One of the best Chinese restaurants I have visited for quite a while
The duck was perfectly cooked and thar is usually a good sign of the chef and kitchen
Other plates where as good but still the duck outperformed
Staff very friendly and helpful 👍
The owner came and checked on us. Good sign thar he knows his customers. He knew it was our first time
Definitely will be visiting again and surely ordering online
The atmosphere was good except for a person who drank so much on the other table thar they had to carry him out

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hong Hua Fine Chinese Dining , and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations.

The flavors were absolutely outstanding and genuinely captured the essence of authentic Chinese cuisine.

Although I don't live in Farmington Hills, I can confidently say that I would go out of my way to visit this restaurant again.

Delicious, authentic Chinese food. I ordered the Peking duck in 3 ways and it was enough to feed 3 to 4 people.

The three ways we chose to have it made was:
1. Shaved duck pieces for making into a sandwich
2. Soup
3. Stir fried with bean sprouts

We also got some tofu that was very fresh.

Up-scale Chinese restaurant with excellent service and food. Peking duck is carved table-side and served with yeasty steamed pancakes/crepes, pickled daikon + carrots, julienned scallions, and Hoisin sauce. The remainder of the duck is taken back and cooked in one of several ways. We opted for the stir-fry with bean sprouts. Everything was well-seasoned. The duck dish will feed 3-4. Items are priced appropriately given up-scale nature of restaurant (~$60 for the duck).

We’ve gone here for years to dine-in with a friend and it was his favorite and ALWAYS GREAT. Decided to order carry-out for Christmas. Of course we knew it would be VERY busy. We did have to wait about 75 minutes beyond our scheduled time, but it didn’t bother me, because it’s Christmas after all, and I was happy we were able to fulfill a rather large order for 6 people. We received everything we ordered, and the food was EXCELLENT. Thanks Hong Hua! Happy Holidays.

Elegant, Authentic, and Delicious

We chose to go here for dinner and appreciated the classy decor, napkins were folded in a fan shape and the aesthetic was lovely. Our waitress was very patient and helpful to answer menu questions and help accommodate my vegetarian order. We really enjoyed our meal here that had lots of fresh ingredients and large portions.. looking forward to trying more from the menu!

This is my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant and it's perfect for families that have diverse dietary needs. I'm vegan and this restaurant is a vegan heaven -- but it's also perfect for omnivores (or carnivores -- we have a few of those in my family!). The mapo tofu, eggplant tofu, chili eggplant, veggie lo mein, and spring rolls are my favorite vegan dishes here, but there are several other vegetable items that are also vegan. If I had to eat one thing for the rest of my life it probably would be the chili eggplant. Seriously, it's that good.

The staff are also incredibly hospitable and attentive. I moved to Birmingham but I still come to Farmington Hills to go here.

This restaurant was one of my favorite restaurants when I've lived in Michigan 8 years ago. Recently, I moved to Michigan again so I've visited here. Tastes of Pecking duck and other menus are still same and all were tremendous. It was not only the best pecking duck ever from the ones I've tried in many cities of the world but also It's still the best pecking duck to me! Happy to get to here often again!! :)

The duck was cooked to perfection. All the dishes were tasty, the staff and service some of the best we've ever experienced. Thank you for making our luncheon with family and friends so enjoyable.

Authentic flavorful Chinese food. Peking duck was tender and had crispy skin. Rice noodles were excellent. Service was also very friendly!

We ordered the Peking duck and a plethora od other dishes. Everything was fantastic, especially for the price. A few of my favorites were the crispy Cantonese lo mein, the Peking duck, and the eggplant and tofu. The service was excellent as well.

Authentic Cantonese cuisine. We've been coming for years, since they first opened, and the quality of the food has always been excellent. You can order off an "American" menu featuring the usual favorites or off a traditional menu. There's also a take-out service.

So delicious, clean and classy! The food is so good and the wait staff are very attentive and helpful with choices if you need it. A bit more than you'd pay at other Chinese restaurants but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for!

The food is always excellent. I especially love the Peking duck and lobster entrees. Never had a bad dish there. They do a good job with big parties but can only accommodate up to 6 tables per banquet room.

One of our favorites! Love coming with a group and sharing multiple dishes, never had anything we didn't love.

We took a party of 10 and had a great experience. The food and service was great. The staff was friendly. They gave huge portions of food we got it fast after placing our orders. Dinners ranged from $15-30 depending on what you get. I highly recommend trying this out.

Amazing food, the bayjing beef was soooooo good the sesame chicken is also a must try. The penkng duck is very flavorful. The soups are also a must try, egg drop and sweet and sour is my favorite

Some of the best Chinese I've ever had. Completely fresh and delicious! Everything looks beautiful and nothing looks like it was slopped on your plate. The filling on the crab rangoons is chunky and amazing. The atmosphere is very clean and romantic. I have never had an issue with service and have always been treated well.

If you're looking for authentic Hong Kong cuisine, then look no further. This upscale restaurant is sure to serve you exactly what you want. Although a little higher in price, you are getting what you pay for and more! Chef has over 17 years experience. Definitely recommend this one!

Great Peking duck 💕 except.. price increased from 45.50 to 54.95 :(
Must have fried rice for 2nd round. I have to ask for less salty version though!
