Lynn's on First

Lynn's is a gem! Breakfast couldn't have been better and the staff was a dream. It was my first time visiting, but I'll definitely be a regular.

Highly recommend the hollandaise sauce and the sausage gravy. The specials all looked incredible, so it was hard to choose what to eat.

The vibe is old school diner, with a clean and updated look. The pride signage is an extra bonus. It's welcoming, open, spotless, and fresh. Perfectly located with lots of parking. It's a must try in downtown Brighton.

The food was great! We went on a Saturday, so parking can be a bit difficult, especially when there's a Farmer's Market going on, but that's not the restaurant's fault. They don't get the food out like Coney Island fast, so it was about a 20-minute wait to get our food, but that wasn't an issue just describing our experience. We were very pleased with our food, service, and overall ambiance. The photo is of my Lobster Cake eggs Benedict which was wonderful.

This is our second time eating at Lynn’s, the first was breakfast. Both times the food was outstanding! Today I had a Slim Jim and my husband had their Ruben. He’s a Reuben snob and said it was really good. Lynn’s will be our new go to for breakfast or lunch.

This place has a good vibe and good food. Big portions, reasonably priced. The bathrooms are single user and accessible. Although the dining room is a little tight, they've tried to maintain a level of social distancing (much appreciated). Service is fast and friendly!

Ate breakfast 2 consecutive mornings. We had different breakfasts each morning. All was good. Service was very friendly. Food was excellent. Recommend highly and would go back.

An amazing place for breakfast! Home cooked food with tons of off-menu daily specials. The staff is super friendly and the place is clean. This is definitely a must stop eatery in Brighton.

Adorable place! Food was great! Fresh! Many different daily specials and like 8 different Benedicts! Corned beef is fresh and there more beef than potatoes :) friendly servers, will be a new spot for me!

We were there during a very busy Farmer's Market Saturday. Tables turned over quickly and our wait was less than 10 minutes. And the food was superb. My husband actually cleaned his plate and that NEVER happens. We will definitely be back.

Very nice place for breakfast. I had the Salmon Benedict. It was great. Best hollandaise sauce I have had in a while.

Delightful cafe filled with fun artwork by the owner, Betty, who was also our server. Yummy brunch specials like strawberry shortcake stuffed French toast, elaborate skillets, benedicts, and omelets. Reasonably priced, fast service. LGBTQ+ friendly. Great road tripping lunch stop, with cute park/pond/boardwalk and super-sized playground a block away.

Always amazing food! Everything is homemade, and you can taste it! Each time I’ve been, I’ve tried something new. Most recently, I got biscuits and gravy. It was so delicious! It looked a little odd, but was well worth it.
