Amazing experience at FAO. Ron was my sales professional He was very friendly and efficient at his job. I Showed him what I wanted provided excellent service very knowledgeable. I was in and out under One hours time. Highly recommend jeweler and the reputation far exceeded my expectations which already was high from my experiences in the past. The owner himself runs a smooth business and great atmosphere 👌.

FAO produced a BEAUTIFUL piece of jewelry for me to present to my daughter on her 20th birthday. I gave them the diamonds and gold and an idea as to what I want. They came up with sample idea. The finished product was completed within a 2 week period. Just in time for my daughters 20th Birthday. I'd recommend FOA to anyone interested in jewelry. Maria and Entire staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable... they went beyond my expectations! GREAT JOB!

I’ve been there several times and I have not been able to leave without buying something! I kept losing my anklets (bought somewhere else) so a good friend told me to try them! I’ve had these for over 4 months now and it was a chain that they made into anklets for me! This was the suggestion from the jeweler after learning my history with anklets! I’ve had these 2 the longest and they are very sturdy! I was so pleased that I bought a chain too! Now my ring didn’t come from there but I lost over 100 pounds and they always clean it for me and I have a quote to get it resized which I may do! This place is awesome and if you haven’t been in Go!! Service to the customers is past amazing 🤩

This Jeweller was so great! I brought in an antique ring needing repair. After carefully assessing, he set a reasonable price and a date to pick up.
He knew the ring was meaningful to me and that I was travelling soon.
The ring was ready the very next day and it is restored to one most beautiful! I loved the work done and the great service!

I went in to add an extra band to my wedding ring. My ring was 15 years old and the designer was discontinued so they had to make a new one by scratch. Sophia was able to help us out and she was fantastic! She had great communication with us and kept us up to date on when my ring would be done! I would highly recommend going here. The entire staff was great! My ring came out fantastic! Very happy

Needed 6 watch batteries replaced, they were back in my hands and working correctly in less than 35 minutes with a discount due to the amount.
Also, worked with Emily to find a mothers ring for our daughter, after looking through the extensive catalog and samples in the store, we decided to have it made, couldn’t be happier with the help she gave from prices to suggestions and promptness in following through the process. I know the ring will be the treasured Christmas gift our daughter has wanted!

My ring needed cleaning and some repairs done so I don't loose my diamonds. They not only fixed my ring, they brought the bling back to my ring just with in a few days.
