I've been using Eric for about 3 years now and he is insanely fast at responding. I was leery about switching from Progressive where I can do everything myself instead of waiting for an agent, but Eric is somehow faster than me doing it myself on Progressive's web site.

I just got a new car and he had a quote, and then once confirmed, the proof of insurance, in under 5 min, all over email. Very happy with the service and responsiveness here, can't recommend enough!

Bought a new vehicle late on Friday night and was at the dealership. They needed insurance info, so I called Russ. He was in the car heading up north for a vacation. He pulled over and used his phone to create the paperwork for the dealership to get the license plate.

Ron or his staff always seemed to personally answer the phone. Easy to work with. They found me the lowest cost auto insurance I've ever had in Michigan. I would recommend them to anyone. Ask about the option of paying for the whole year up front. I had no idea you can save so much money with some carriers by putting it on you card at the beginning of the term. Sweet! Get a quote and see. Nothing to loose.
