Keyprime handled our roof and siding replacement as part of a hail damage claim. The sales team did a great job working with our insurance company to ensure that we were getting all of the right coverage. This involved several months of phone calls and emails with insurance agents throughout the claim process, but Keyprime was diligent and communicative during the entire process. The project team then did excellent work on our roof, gutter guards, and siding. The level of detail and trim that went into the siding exceeded our expectations.

Overall we’re very happy with our house and the level of service Keyprime provided. The only issue we had was a stray nail that went into our tire, but Keyprime provided reimbursement without any hassle. Highly recommend.

Being my first home and looking for someone to fix my home siding and did not know how to go we found Keyprime roofing. They helped us with everything and the workers from this company they were so helpful and friendly. Definitely going to use them in the future of my projects. We hired Keyprime after our house was hit by an intense hail storm. Pat, one of the owners, came out to assess the damage and shared his expertise in how to best address the repairs that needed to be done. It was pleasant working with Pat Hall, Will and Vadim. After a hailstorm Pat interfaced effectively with the insurance company and then communicated clearly with his roofing (Will) and siding (Vadim) teams to get the work done thoroughly and well. I'm grateful for the beautiful job they did on my house. They efficiently deal with surprises also. The roof unexpectedly had a wooden plank decking with gaps that needed to be reinforced with plywood which was taken care of quickly. Everyone was pleasant and professional and they clean up completely when finished.

I've used Keyprime for 2 projects on my home; new gutters and a roof replacement after hail damage. I looked into several companies for quotes and Keyprime was by far the least pressuring and most professional of them all. From the very beginning of our project, owner Pat Hall and his staff helped us in getting our roof, gutters, and downspouts replaced after being damaged in a recent wind and hailstorm. Pat met with our insurance company's agent at our house to review the estimate and receive approval and then worked directly with the insurance company handling most paperwork and any questions the insurance company had. Following approval his staff and crew began work almost immediately. The roofers were professional, patient and courteous while working on the roof......cleanup was complete. We recommend Keyprime Roofing and Remodeling to anyone for their roofing or remodeling projects and would definitely use them again in the future. Great job by the craftsman who installed the gutters and downspouts and special thanks to project manager Mike who answered any questions we had......typically within 30 minutes of our call or messages.

I would highly recommend this company! From the beginning the sales manager Pat Hall, walked me through my claim, let me know what was and was not covered. His experience and expertise in this business really showed.
Project manager Mike was outstanding! His communication was outstanding, even though it was obvious they weren't going to work because of the weather certain days, he always had excellent communication and contacted us letting us know what was going on.
Our salesman Jordan was fantastic!
He was in constant contact with us letting us know all of our options, and how the project was progressing.

Keyprime did excellent work on a new gutter installation. We were painting the house a new color, and they provided thoughtful recommendations on the look and color of the new gutters. They were quick to remove the old gutters, and put up the new ones. Pat Hall was great to work with, and I would absolutely recommend Keyprime!

Keyprime was fantastic to work with. Pat was out the day after I called to inspect my roof. From that point forward, everything was was handled very well. Everyone I spoke with was extremely professional to talk with and they provided some of the best commination, throughout the entire project, that I have experienced when hiring out a job. We had some big hail storms come through Oakdale in May that really did a number to our house not bad enough to where we needed our whole roof replaced but we had to have parts repaired, our gutters on the other hand, demolished. I contacted Keyprime and within hours Pat Hall was at my house inspecting my roof and my gutters, he really made sure everything we needed was going to get taken care of. Rachel with Keyprime really did a great job of communicating with my insurance so I had to do minimal work for my self. They replaced my gutters and fixed the roof and it was done in such a fast time I couldn’t believe it

Communication and service was excellent! John & Vadim were wonderful to work with. Selling my house and the buyer wanted some fixes done on the fascia due to water damage. Keyprime was able to finish the project within my tight deadline. I would recommend using them for future projects.

Keyprime is an excellent company to work with. My adventure with them began with Justin coming to our house and doing a thorough roof inspection for FREE. He promised he would work with our insurance company and he delivered on that promise. He even came out with our insurance adjuster to make sure they didn’t miss any of the hail damage. Justin didn’t stop there, he was available at every hiccup the insurance company tried to throw at us. His abundance of knowledge on roofing and siding truly made the difference between getting our project covered. Once the project was started, it went very quickly. William was great about letting me know when people would be at the house and what to expect. He was always available for my questions and replied quickly. He also made sure everything was completed to his high standards. Alex was also fantastic being hands on to oversee the whole project. He did a great job relaying any questions or concerns I had to the contractors and to William. When the project was completed Heidi was very helpful in getting the various insurance and personal checks sorted out. She went out of her way to make sure I had an itemized invoice that made sense to me. Heidi even came by to pick up checks so I didn’t have to deal with mailing anything.

Keyprime replaced our roof and gutters after they were damaged in a hailstorm. They were wonderful to work with. Communication was excellent, they always followed through with their promises, and the work was completed quickly and professionally. They dealt with the insurance company for me. An added bonus was that everyone I spoke to with the company was so nice! When I dropped by their office to drop off a check, I was given a tour of the facility and introductions to all. We used Keyprime for a project in 2019 and they were so straight forward, helpful, and efficient without a lot of salesy gimmicks, so we called them back after the hail storm this year. They again were very quick to respond, suggested great solutions for us, and the work was done very well, including taking time to make sure our landscaping wasn't damaged as the roof was redone. We are very pleased and very impressed. We will definitely work with them again. Everyone is very nice too. Highly recommend them.
