This location has always given me the best service each and every time. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. They have a large selection of what seems like everything to choose from. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. If you want to go to a store that makes you feel like you’re at home being helped by people that care, come here!

10 stars!!! Dale and staff are so helpful. I needed to rent a wallpaper removal machine, and he helped load it in my car, and the price was very cheap. He also recommended other products to go along with my wallpaper removal project. A+

Not only does Ace have almost everything but are always helpful. I inadvertently left my driver's license on the checkout counter and went home. A couple of hours later Austin from Kuipers rang my doorbell and handed me my license! Awesome!!

An amazing experience! Austin, Jan and Jackson got me taken care of quickly and efficiently. They searched for inventory they thought they didn’t have, found it, and got me 2 new keys!!!! Great customer service overall!

Love walking around here finding deals! The yellow tagged clearance is in the middle section on the end cap, and there's usually three end caps.

Went to get screws for my front license plate. Teenage employee with long red hair came out to my car and measured the screw holes as they weren’t standard. Then drilled them on for me once we got the right screws. Great customer service especially when I spent less than a dollar. Plates didn’t fall off - 5 stars

Thank you! My motorcycle broke just down the street. I knew there was an Ace Hardware nearby and that you would have the hardware that I needed to get home. What I didn't know was how much help Steve would be! From the moment I walked in, Steve helped me find the correct nuts and bolts to fix my motorcycle. Steve loaned me the tools I needed to fix it and I was back on the road 15 minutes later. I know my $1.48 hardware purchase may not have been a lot, but your customer service and convenience is why I chose ACE over the big stores whenever I can. Thanks for the help Steve!

We always find what we need in this neighborhood hardware shop, and the staff are consistently knowledgeable and eager to help. I much prefer this experience over the mega-box stores for people doing construction and remodeling (where I can never find a person who knows the whole store, and it's hard to find what I need.) This is a nice store.

This HW store is great if one needs help with a project. The staff is knowledgeable about most home repairs and will help even if the outcome is a small sale.
Inventory is broad for a smaller store.

Knowledgable, wonderful and helpful associates with affordable prices. I'll take this over any big box store.

I don't hand out five stars unless the business is beyond awesome. This hardware store is awesome every time I go in to buy anything, large or small. You get the same great service whether you're buying a 25 cent screw or a $500 grill. Shop local and keep these guys in business!

Now that I realize the hardware store on 36th is NOT an Ace, this will be my go to. They had everything I needed, earned some points, bought some sand. Its a good day at Kuipers.

They had the metric screws I needed and the qaunity that I needed. They we're also cheaper than Menards.

First time in this store. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The store had everything I needed including some miniature screws that I knew I would not find at the big box stores. Looking forward to shopping at this store again.

Always friendly and super helpful! Kuipers has definitely got the small hometown vibe and I always find what I need there. It's my go to for small projects and repairs. Also, a great place to get your small engine machines serviced there (e.g., lawn mower, snow blower).
