Owner is rude and provided poor customer service. Spent about 5 minutes in the tobacco shop and was told to leabe. I was nothing but nice and respectful, yet the owner was more concerned with closing shop early than running his business. Won't be spending any money here ever!! Do yourself a favor and go to a a Tobacco Shop that provides better service! SOLID 1* RATING. WOULD GIVE 0 STARSa

The price of a small nicotine salt bottle was clearly priced $9.99 - as soon as I wanted to buy it it was changed to $19.99 and these guys would not honor the price that was on the shelf. They changed all the prices on me and wouldn’t sell it for the advertised price. I won’t be spending any money here ever. I’ll go to the shop in Dinkytown or the one on central down the street.
