Can’t say enough about the quality of product and importantly installation. FE’s installers had a tough task on a 4-day project and they didn’t cut any corners. Workmanship was top notch, particularly in some areas that could easily have been rushed but they took the time to get it right. Further, we had one minor issue that was quickly addressed by the company beyond our satisfaction. It’s rare to see consistency in customer service, from sales to installation like this. Would highly recommend FE in SLP. We look forward to working with them again.

I wish to highly recommend the goods and services offered by Flooring Expo! Connor at the front desk knows his product and expertly responded to my carpet choosing process, making the experience fun and informative. Product came in quickly, and install day was scheduled easily; installers Harrison and Oscar were amazing! Professional, respectful, and focused on the job at hand. They did a very efficient job moving furniture, removing old carpet, laying new, and replacing furniture.

I really can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Flooring Expo. Plus I love my new carpet.

Alex and the Flooring Expo team were great to work with from start to finish. They let me take home samples for a few days, matched a better price online, held product in their warehouse for me for a few months while other work was done ahead of the flooring, delivered right away when I needed the flooring at my house, and quickly resolved a manufacturing defect issue at no charge. Can’t recommend them enough.

We worked with Alex at the St Louis Park MN store. He steered us in the right direction for our project and budget and helped answer our many questions. He’s the best!! We are very happy with the quality of the product and love our new basement family room space.

I had a wonderful experience at Carpet King in St. Louis Park starting with Mike and ending with the installation. Mike was knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs and questions. He seemed to share my enthusiasm. Jabar and his installation crew were absolutely wonderful. They were so friendly and thorough. Everything was done perfectly. They were even willing to share their lunch! They cleaned up and were very conscious of my neighbors in the condo building. I would certainly use this establishment again.

Used them 2 years ago for our upstairs carpet. Recently had them install the same carpet downstairs. I was glad to hear they had the same carpet still in stock at their warehouse. Carpet looks and feels great!

Very pleased with our experience at the St. Louis Park store and through phone calls/emails with Claire, and with the install that happened just two days ago! They were knowledgeable when we were exploring our options (for a 100+ year old house with imperfect floor levels). We went with a commercial sheet vinyl that is high quality and has really refreshed the space!

Install day they worked efficiently. They even made sure to show me behind the oven and fridge how the new floor looked before they moved the appliances back. On this note, one thing to consider - which is just part of the process - is making sure you know how to disconnect your oven and fridge as they have to move those in order to get the flooring beneath. With gas and waterlines, it was a little cumbersome as we’ve never done it before but we figured it out!

They followed up promptly after the install to see how it went. There is just some very minor fixing up on the edges to make it lay flat (but that sounds standard for this material) that they’ll come to fix.

Overall, very happy with the final product and would recommend!

Great experience!! We had water in our basement unexpectedly and had to get carpet quickly with family coming into town. I called Flooring Expo and Josh was kind, considerate and extremely helpful in figuring out how to get us great carpet in time. He pulled in stock samples ahead of time, and even went the extra miles to get our space measured the next day. The installation was professional and fast and we are so pleased with the results. I am so happy we didn’t go anywhere else. I will recommend this place (and Josh!) to everyone.

My wife and I went in looking for carpet a while ago and had a friendly experience from the beginning. Josh spent as much time as we needed with him and was flexible with our schedule. He followed-up with us well and wasn't pressuring at all. The install team did an excellent job, quick yet quality work. They were very attentive to cleanliness and made sure everything was satisfactory to us before leaving. We were able to get a great deal on quality carpet and highly recommend Josh and the install team at Carpet King!

Spent a considerable amount of time with Josh discussing what I needed from new flooring that was going to cover most of my house. Josh listened and made sure he understood what I needed before making any suggestions, and I ended up liking his suggestions more than what I originally thought I wanted when I went in. The pricing was great, and he made sure to follow up with me on some questions I had after my initial visit. I'd be happy to work with him again in the future.

Alex was very helpful. He worked with me on environmental issues and toxic issues. I’m very happy with my choice and have had no allergic reactions whatsoever. I would highly recommend Alex and this company.

We’ve been to multiple places such as menards, Home Depot, and fleet farm to find the best deals and carpet king was the best! We walked in when they were having their 50% off deal on insulation and free installation! Not only did the deal was good but Heather, the customer service rep was wonderful. She went out of her way to help us through the entire process. When we ran into a problem, Heather was nice enough to comfort us and ensure quality help. Heather has the best customer service of all places we’ve went to, even when compared to the other Carpet King locations. If you need carpet done, I recommend heading over to the Carpet King located in Savage Minnesota to get help from Heather. Also the carpet installer Pablo is an artist when it comes to carpet installation. Within 5 hours he finished installing carpet in all our rooms, stairs, and living room. He did it with precision beauty. What a guy!!!!

Heather was very easy to work with and SO helpful! She made sure our carpet got ordered
and that everything went well. There was a slight mixup on installation day, and when I called Heather, she made sure the problem got solved immediately! Her priority is customer satisfaction!
