High Definition Travel

We cannot recommend High Definition Travel enough. Working with Charlie O'Neill was a dream. He planned us the most fabulous 3 week honeymoon trip all throughout Europe. Every hotel was better than the next and he arranged all our intercontinental travel. Charlie and his team were super responsive and thorough. We cannot wait to work with them again!

Amazing experience! We just got back from a senior spring break in Cabo with 60 seniors and it went off without a hitch! Allie, Charlie, and their team will see to your every need. They planned excellent excursions and saw to every detail of our stay. I cannot recommend them enough. We had some picky guests in our group who are used to having the best and HD Travel made sure that all were happy!! Thank you again Allie and Charlie!

This is the only review I have ever written. Charlie and his team were exceptional. They did it all with near instant replies. A destination wedding comes with a lot of stress, ambiguities and many things that can go wrong. Charlie eliminated all of that. He is thorough, responsive, and was helpful well beyond our expectations. Best experience ever!! Saved our wedding! :)

Our association recently returned from our Okinawa trip celebrating our teachers 88th birthday. We had 200+ members traveling from 6 different departure points in the USA and Canada. Our 1 1/2 years of planning and working with High Definition Travel was an amazing experience, they thought outside the box and helped us attain a price point to make this happen for so many of our members. On implementation, they were there for us every step of the way. Before, during our trip, and at the conclusion they were assisting us on an individual basis. We will absolutely use HD Travel again, and would recommend them to any group.

I never thought I would need to work with a travel agency until I came across HD Travel. This team is great and has extensive knowledge of various travel destinations throughout the world. And they always find a way to provide me with a better deal and package then I could find on my own. From quick getaways to bigger group travel, HD Travel has really become my first phone call.

They also have great recommendations. Not only do they know the important things such as airfare and hotel stays, but every restaurant, bar, nightclub, and activity they recommend is always on point.

They have great customer service and they always are able to find me a great trip for my budget. I've been very impressed working with them and I'm looking forward to my next trip with HD Travel!

HD Travel was instrumental in helping our group of over 200 members successfully convene for a special event in Naha Okinawa from 5+ hub locations in the US and Canada. No small task! We had great experience with their choice of airline and hotel for our group at a great price point for our members. (EVA Air had the best service I've seen in decades of travel and food was excellent. There even was real silverware on the plane over, complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste and other toiletries in the restrooms on the plane! The "Hello Kitty" themed flights were fun too on the return flights.) The HD Travel staff went out of their way to make sure all our members were taken care of throughout the booking and travel process and even visited us during our trip. Thanks HD Travel for helping our group with a very memorable trip!

I don't usually write reviews, but High Definition Travel is so good, I had to. I always knew they were good with groups, but my husband and I are just two retirees, and they did an amazing job for us more than once. Tremendous customer service and great knowledge of the best deals, best hotels, as well as special personal touches. Would recommend them highly!

My wife and I booked our honeymoon with HD Travel 4 years ago and we have continued to do an annual trip with HD every year since. The team there has taken the time to understand what we enjoy when traveling for leisure. It seems every all inclusive resort recommend has excellent food and booze offering. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY it was much cheaper than me booking it myself online! We will always use HD.

I booked my last vacation through HD Travel and they were awesome! They have great customer service, gave me tons of options on where to go and what resorts I could stay at based on my interests.
