I drove 6 hours to pick up this very unique Lexus model (Lexus RCF). The Lexus team was very thorough with every aspect of the customer experience. I was treated like a member of the family here. Definitely consider paying them a visit if you're in the market for a Lexus vehicle as you won't regret it.

Excellent service! I went in to have my hitch swapped out from my old SUV to my new SUV. Branden, the service manager was very flexible and gave me a great price. Chris, from the service department was on top of it all through the process. They gave me a loaner to use, and when it was taking longer than expected, they let me keep the loaner overnight and even delivered the vehicle to my house 45 minutes away, when it was finished. You will not find a dealer with better customer service, they are top notch!

Jacob was a amazing guy with the purchase of my husband Hector Lazo car, from the moment we walked in until we walked out and did every single step of purchase smooth and easy even at the time to come to a agreement with the price, we had to drive from Grand Rapids all the way to Ann Arbor but by far well worthy!! I have never had good experiences at local dealers. My advise is people to consider to try outside local dealers!!

The husband and I had a great first experience with the dealership. We called and spoke with Dan to inquire about a certain vehicle and if it was available before we made the drive. He confirmed it was and had it pulled up and ready to test drive when we got to the dealership. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I had been actively looking for a vehicle for months and stopped in to look at their selection of used Lexus RX350's. I was looking over the large selection of years and colors/interiors when a salesman approached me. Hernando asked if I wished to test drive a Mica blue model I liked the best. I will say that I liked the car but wasn't quite in love with it. Mostly due to some current weather it needed a detailing. I made an offer and negotiated with the sales manager who made me a counter offer I thought was very fair and am happy with the deal. The best part was that while we were doing all the paperwork they filled up the gas tank, cleaned and detailed the car, installed my license plate, installed the floor mats that were in the trunk and the car looked amazing. Once I got home I spent a couple hours waxing the car and am very satisfied with my purchase. Very beautiful vehicle.

Bought a used car here today and had an amazing experience. Took it for a pre-purchase inspection down the road and was in good shape. The staff here was super friendly and not pushy at all. Sean was my sales person and he could not have been better to work with-- would highly recommend working with him if you get a chance. He went above and beyond!

Hernando gave us a great deal on a Lexus TX and communication was excellent. We were very rushed to finish the transaction between work and kids. He and management did everything to help us. Very pleased with our experience. I think our family will enjoy this car for a long time and it was nice to get a great price without haggling - only cooperation.

Glen Camp, my mechanic, has worked on my vehicles for 20 years. I don’t like ANYONE else touching them. His knowledge, no nonsense demeanor and ability to discern problems before they appear, are uncanny.

I had such an amazing experience at this Lexus dealership. I came all the way from Shelby Township to look at a car and ended up loving it. I used to own a brand new Cadillac Xt4 but had some transmission issues since I bought it so I had to do a lemon law so I could get back some of my money back and have the vehicle surrendered. So I had to place deposit to hold this Lexus nx350 until the check came from GM. They ended up holding this vehicle for me for over 2 weeks and I’m so entirely grateful. Megan and Jennifer were both so patient and sweet throughout the whole process, and now I can finally say that I have a reliable car. Highly recommend for anyone to go to this dealership.

Purchased a vehicle from Germain Lexus of Ann Arbor recently. Amiee was great, I did test drive and ending up purchasing the vehicle (2011 Acura MDX) that day which was on a Saturday. I left deposit on vehicle and came back Monday to finalized the deal( opted to decline the extened warranty offered by dealership). Drove home which was about over an 1 hour with no issues until I pulled in driveway and my engine light popped on. I got home about 730pm. I contacted Aimee next day and told her the situation, she was very nice and told me she would contact service dept and get back with me(even though I had declined the extended warranty. they contacted me and told me to bring it in. I brought it in for them to check out, where I met Amanda who was great.I got there after 3pm and they mentioned it might be a 2-3 hours to work me in and I could wait if I wanted. Amanda seeing that I lived over an hour away offered to give me a loaner vehicle to drive home, which was awesome for her to do that!! Amanda was very helpful and sympathetic to my issue. Long story short(if theres still time) they contacted me and said they had found issue and fixed problem, and even cleared out all previous data in navigation, and phone settings. They diagnosed and fixed issue with NO CHARGE!!! I like a dealership that stands behind vehicles they sell even though it was a different manufacurer from what they sell. They could have told me, Im sorry but vehicle was sold as is, and you did turn down the warranty, but they didnt do that. Hats off to Germain Lexus of Ann Arbor and special thanks to Amanda, Aimee, and Meagan. Thanks for exceptional customer service!!!!

I always took my GS350 to Lexus of Ann Arbor for service in the last few years. Amanda knows and loves cars. She always gave me the right suggestions on maintenance and troubleshooting my concerns found during the drive. The price here is also good. I will come again for future services.
