My son and I went in here today and they had a few younger boys working. They were seriously the most kind and respectful people. They asked about our day, our plans and talked about interest. I wish I would have got the names of the kids. They said "how's your day today?" When I said good they asked what made it good. I just felt like they were trying to build a genuine conversation and I deeply appreciated it. When I left they told us to have a fantastic day. Even though I didn't buy anything, I felt very welcomed in the store!!!!

This store has everything I like I love the style and most important the two ladies at the desk are amazing. Great costumer service clean store very helpful.

Amazing customer service, VERY nice and helpful people. Alisha, Kenzie, and Eli are personally my favorite people. They’re really lit, Very nice and have wonderful Personality’s. I had an awesome experience at this store. David, the store associate worked on my trucks and bearings like he was family. He worked on the stuck bearing on my 10 year old trucks for 30 minutes and didn't stop until it was complete. He also asked about my life, not in an intrusive way, but a kind friendly way. I will definitely return to have other services and purchases made at this store. Thank you Zumies!

Lily gave me GREAT customer service. She helped me find everything I needed, and was confident in her knowledge of the clothing. Great attitude from her. Super fun, would come back for her!

Zumiez was awesome! I was there with my 2 boys 13 and 10. We bought Nike sb janoski's. The assistant manager as well as the other sales person were great! They were both upbeat, helpful, and just good vibes!...not to mention the manager did give us a discount on 1 of our items which was not even on sale. Thank you so much and my son is super happy!

Came in shortly before closing time, and the guys were very helpful - you could tell they enjoy their job. Came in for an $8 hat I saw online, left with 3 pairs Stance socks as well, got a great deal on them.

The crew at the Southdale Zumiez are simply the best! Every time I'm in the store I feel like I'm with family. Kenzie, Alisha, and Lily routinely deliver outstanding service and offer fantastic advice for both boards and fashion - to help keep this old guy rolling in style - all with a wicked sense of humor and genuine joy in what they do. The Landyatchz deck I roll on is better than I could have imagined. I will ALWAYS come back to the Southdale Zumiez for my gear AND the staff. Kick push kick push kick push kick push coast...
