I shop at Dry Goods all the time and normally every time I go, everyone is fantastic. Unfortunately, my experience today wasn’t like normal. My items were shoved into the bag, not even folded. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. I wasn’t even asked if I needed help. I’m very disappointed as I am a retail manager myself and would be embarrassed if any of my guests had the same experience I had today.

This store has become kind of cliche and hard to purchase anything from lately. It's just been done everywhere for so long now that it just doesn't stand out in my mind anymore and the employees are not helpful as far as suggestions or tips School. Save some time and go to Macy's they have some great stylists on staff and are more than happy to help you

Store opens at 10am but nobody was there until 1030am. I waited until almost 11am. The workers saw me and didn’t acknowledge me. I had planned to buy a couple of things in there but they lost my business.
