My 95 year old father was looking for a new dental provider. Dr. Hock and his staff were super helpful and accommodating. They were able to squeeze him into their busy schedule and provide him with a visit a review a dental maintenance program and a dental financial plan that all worked within his needs and means. Love their approach and options. Super happy with all they have provided.

As always I received excellent service and the highest quality of care. I ended up
15 minutes late for my appointment with Carrie. When we called to let them know of conditions (heavy snow and freezing rain) and likelihood of being we were expecting reschedule. Instead they asked we let them know if anything else changed. When I arrived I was greeted and quickly moved forward with the appointment.

Today was my first appointment and I couldn’t have more impressed from the moment I walked in the door, until I left.
The staff were friendly and welcoming and immediately put me at ease.
My dental issue was evaluated, explained/ discussed with me and treated all in my first visit.

It was my first dental cleaning with Sue today. I was greeted by the friendly and professional front desk team. After working in dental offices for years I had to get my teeth cleaned. I have had Sue clean my teeth at another office when we worked together. Sue escorted me to the treatment room where she thoroughly explained the new tool they use to clean my teeth along with the tradition treatment. The new technology really made a difference on my teeth. My teeth feel clean and healthy. Dr. Hile did a thorough exam and I got a good report..no cavities. I would highly recommend Hock Family Dentistry to everyone!

Today was my first visit to Hock Family Denistry. This group had been highly recommended to me and I can see why! The entire staff was very welcoming and personable. Rachel was wonderful, describing each step of the process. She did an amazing cleaning. Dr. Hock provided a thorough exam, taking time to discuss what was going on with my dental health. This is a state of the art dental office staffed with competent, caring professionals. I would highky recommend this team of denistry experts.

I called in as a new patient and same day was able to get in due to a cancellation. I was lucky as they are booked out until April. My hygienist was great and did a very thorough cleaning. Doctor was great as well and didn't feel like I was pushed into unnecessary treatment. Highly recommend!

I recently switched to from another facility and wish we have done so sooner. The staff was very friendly, the office was very clean, and the care was phenomenal. My son came for a consult for a tooth that was previously worked on from a different office. I was not able to make it to the appointment Dr. Laing made sure to call me and go over all the details of the appointment and to speak with me about his recommendations for the tooth. The office contacted me after to set up the appointment and to go over the costs prior to scheduling the appointment. If you are looking for a good place to go I would Highly recommend Hock Family dentistry.

My experience with hygienists Julia and Susan has been impressive with the latest techniques, thorough cleaning, and full explanations. The 3D scans are great for explanations and now Dr. Hock can do crowns in one visit using the hi tech scans. Dr. Hock is friendly, polite and explains everything. The dental techs are wonderful, too. Staff at the front desk are pleasant and can process insurance quickly with explanations. In short, I won't be going anywhere else!

I love that they're on the cutting edge of technology - purple stain to find plaque, sonic tools instead of the old-school metal scrapers - and the place is thorough, the staff are pleasant and professional, and they are prompt. My teeth have never felt better!

I was introduced to Hock Family Dentistry through numerous positive postings on our subdivision fb page. I decided to move to this practice because of the neighborhood reviews and the office proximity to my home. I am glad I switched. First of all the office is extremely clean, organized and up to date. The staff are professional, kind and efficient. Hollie and Dr. Hock were excellent. Specifically, my exams and cleaning were the most thorough I have ever had done with routine care. They explain what they are doing, what they are going to be watching and they educate you on how to improve your own self care. I am very impressed with this office and the staff. I will be referring family and friends.

We are new to this area and we were extremely nervous to find a new dental provider which will be professional and easy to communicate with. This practice was recommended to us in a Facebook local group. Today was my first visit and it did not disappoint! All the staff is extremely polite and friendly, the doctor whom I saw was very nice and knowledgeable too. The office is very clean and equipped. I am looking forward to bringing the rest of my family to this dental practice.

I have been coming to Hock Family Dentistry since I moved to Canton 7 years ago. Then entire staff is great! Everyone is friendly, kind, courteous, and always explains what they are going to do so you feel comfortable the entire visit!

I've been coming here since they merged with Dr. Bozell's office and they've always been super kind and great at explaining everything they're doing. I just got a filling there for a chipped tooth and Dr. Hile and Jenny were super compassionate and made me feel as comfortable as I could, even being terrified of needles and dental work. Also want to give a shout out to Ethan and Cheryl, I really love going to the dentist and the staff make it a great experience. Highly recommend!!

My previous dentist retired and sold his practice to a Dental care chain, which I haven't been happy with. After having a recent root canal Dr Hock's office was one of the referrals I received to have the crown work done. Dr Hile completed the work for my crown and and I couldn't be happier with the care I received from her along with the care and concern by everyone in the office. They seem to have state of the art equipment and they were able to make my crown while I was there and everything was completed the same day. I also had some other work done at a different time and prepaid so that I could receive a discount. Dr Hile didn't have to do as much work as originally thought, so they issued a partial refund to me. I greatly appreciate their integrity & I'm happy to have found a new reputable dentist.

I am a (retired) dentist's daughter so practice details are very important to me & I cannot speak highly enough of Hock Family Dentistry! The front desk staff are always warm & welcoming, we especially love Sue Crowther, the best Hygienist ever, & Dr. Hock treats you like family. The are completely professional & put patient care first. Absolutely recommend!

Diligent, skilled, and compassionate. The entire staff is wonderful - particularly Dr. Hile. Following a traumatic injury resulting in lost teeth and extensive damage to my gums, she took the lead in guiding me through a nearly two-year restoration process involving multiple providers - all the way from securing an urgent visit with an oral surgeon, to her placement of crowns on my dental implants. During every encounter, she patiently addressed my questions, and always took the time to ensure the best possible outcome from every procedure. My smile has been restored, and in a testament to her skill, the crowns look remarkably natural. Everything about this practice is handled with the utmost care and professionalism. As a long time patient I am always treated with kindness and respect, from the time I walk in until the time I leave. I have some periodontal issues, so I spend more time there than most people. The office is also state of the art, and they keep track of my medical issues as well.
