I’m from Indiana and I had to go to New Ulm, MN to have the best experience at McDonald’s I’ve ever had.

Awesome Every Time!

Title says it all. Every time, yes... every single time this McDonald’s, on Broadway in New Ulm, Minnesota provides an awesome experience. Excellent signage, lots of convenient parking for all needs with easy and multiple door enter and exit opportunities. McDonald Team Members at the New Ulm, Minnesota location will greet you in a friendly, welcoming and helpful manner. Your food is hot, fresh and prepared as ordered and served in a clean and spacious newly remodeled environment. Bathrooms are clean and easily accessible for all needs. All are welcome!

This McDonald's does a fantastic job with service. Very quick and friendly employees.

food was HOT and FRESH and NO TALK OF ROACHES Like bk. loved loved loved my service i reicieved today.

We placed our drive though order and forgot to order an item and had no problem adding it at the first window when we went to pay.

Thank you to the night shift at McDonald's New Ulm. I have not eaten at McDonald's for quite some time. I stopped about 20 minutes before closing. I was very happy with my food. (Double quarter with cheese) it was hot, flavorful. Also, had small fry, right out of the fryer. I truly was hungry and not expecting to much for that late. But thanks for going the extra mile, right up till closing. Friendly workers. I am a travel medical worker.

I went in to get a coffee for my husband because we had a trailer on the back of the van. Took this photo because it was something different that I haven't seen in a McDonald's before. Kinda cool.

Better than most McDonalds I've been too. Food is good and service is fast. I haven't been through the drive through part, but people don't seem to wait long. Always clean, bathrooms also, whenever I have been there.

I was in the bathroom after eating my burger (seriously best laxative ever) when I noticed there was no toilet paper 🤯 I was sitting there feeling like all hope was lost and I would just have to suck it up and use my hand. Hoping I could use the soap in the sink. After about an hour of contemplating a sweet angel came through the doors! I saw a bright aura around him as he came in the bathroom to wash his hands. I shouted at him with glee! This glorious human being had toilet paper in hand and gave it to me. I am forever great full to this McDonald’s.

Had the best person Sylvia wait on me and she was so patient with my special order.

Now im not saying that McDonalds is 5 star dining. however the customer service at this particular location has been outstanding on every visit. They have always acomidated every outlandish request with a smile.

Even though there was a long line, service was fast and friendly. Didn't sacrifice speed for quality. Great all around

This place has really improved in the past year. Drive thru is very fast. Everyone us very friendly.

Fastest service I've ever had at a McDonald's. We got everything we ordered the way we ordered it, and all of our food was hot not like at other McDonald's best one I've been to so far

Friendly service, reasonably priced, food ready DID NOT have to wait for food.

Staff is usually friendly and food is fast, but tables are rarely clean. Cones should be made taller, but otherwise a very good business.
