I couldn't have asked for better service. Eli explained in detail all my options, he gave complete an accurate information on services and cost. He also took the time to ask what I needed. His technical knowledge when I bought a new phone and he transfered all my data was truly impressive. I can't be happier with the service and I'm extremely grateful that you have this store in my town.

Gio did an outstanding job on setting me up with my new phone. I don't look forward to transitioning to a new device but he made the process super smooth and ensured all of my information transfered over and did not rush the process. He also broke down the math and helped me decide which plan was best for my usage. Highly reccomend asking for Gio if you walk into this store.

Gio and Noah were awesome the past two days. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, enjoyable to talk with. They set us up with multiple phones and fixed all our mess ups. The Dauer’s are considering them family.

I went in to get a new phone today and the guy was working by himself, did an absolutely phenomenal job making sure everyone got helped and was informed on the wait time. He is from the Austin store, didnt get his name but thank you for being there today and doing a great job!
