The atmosphere was amazing!! Courtney and Jude gave the absolute best customer service I have ever received in a fast food type place. These two made an amazing team! I did ask for a manager to express how great they were and it happened to be Courtney! Hands down an amazing experience!

I came in through the drive through around 6pm yesterday afternoon and ordered a couple of giant subs! The lady in the drive through was very friendly and patient with me while i looked at the menu-- being as it was my first time at this store. There was two boys working who had my VERY LARGE sandwhiches ready by the time i came up to the window and paid. I was 10000% impressed and i will be back again. You should be proud of your team!

I was walking past jimmy johns when suddenly my grandma had a heart attack Laurence came running out. He carried her over his shoulder all the way to the ER. He got us there freaky fast. A+ service A+ food, 10/10 will try to come again.

LOVE IT!! The bread is always fresh and wonderfully tasty---the sandwiches are made to order, and with generous portions.. i recommend adding sprouts
**just ONE of the free options** to any sandwich--theyre crispy fresh and add an extra little zing to your sub.
The employees are courteous, and the prices are very decent... Oh, and the PICKLES are EXCELLENT!!! :) :)

Incredibly positive attitude group of employees... lobby was closed but as a trucker they let me order inside.. internet was acting up and I showed my age by mentioning about the old school credit card brick machines with the hand receipt and we all had a good laugh talking about it... but as I said, they all seemed like they work well together... was a great interaction.....

We had a bad customer service experience the last time we visited this Jimmy John’s. The manager approached us for our most recent order and apologized for our previous visit. It meant a lot to us and the sandwiches were excellent.

I was in today with my husband, and our 8 children. Staff was fun, friendly, warm and welcoming. They were fast and outgoing. We'd defiantly recommend to everyone! Oh and the food was amazing!

I just ordered a sandwich for delivery and i received it missing one of the things I added on there. I called to inform them of it and they went above and beyond what I expected to correct the mistake!!

Nice friendly staff, quick and tasty foods. I bought cookies for the servicemen that were there and thanked them for serving our country and giving me freedom. Try it next time you are there, it gave them a smile.

Good service, great food. Really like the new menu options. Not as fast as I normally expect from Jimmy Johns but otherwise solid.

Order frequently. Delivery is very quick, group order system for pickup is slick, and the sandwiches are always good. Staff is courteous and friendly.

First one I have been to that has a drive thru. Inside dining was closed. Sandwich was very good.

Solid location. Surplus of workers at all times and very friendly. My sandwich has been done before I can even fill up my fountain drink each time.

You can tell Jimmy John's uses quality ingredients in their food. Their service is fast and courteous as well.

Really awesome customer service, anytime there has been a hiccup, it's been fixed immediately. Impeccable timing as well (as to be expected from JJ's).

Every time I go they get my order right and it's delicious!
