The salespeople greeted us when we entered. After we told them we were just looking, they left us alone, which was great! We were able to take our time and really look at and text everything. However, it was easy and quick to find someone for questions or help. The check out process was painless and very quick. The variety and amount of furniture available was fantastic.

Then gave us time to ask questions about ongoing care of our new furniture. Also provided insight to a difference we perceived of in store item vs delivered piece of furniture.

I ordered a bunkbed and when delivered they put it together quickly and nicely. Some parts were missing for the ladder, so they had to be ordered and another appointment had to be setup. It took a lot longer than expected for the parts to come in. Next delivery and setup for the ladder was done quickly and nicely as well. All the employees were very polite, friendly, respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Overall, it was exceptional customer service.

We needed to purchase an in stock couch for my 87-year-old mother who is going into assisted living tomorrow. The couch we were interested in was not available to buy off the floor. But Phyllis pulled some strings and was able to sell us the couch we wanted and it was an excellent price also. Thank you so much for all your help in making this happen!

I believe Dan went above and beyond his job description! He explained how to care for my couch and showed me how. He vacuumed up the mess from fixing the couch and cleaned my vacuum for me!

I really enjoyed taking the time to view the inventory and having Phyllis check in with me sporadically to answer any questions. When I shop, I like to do so without having a sales person chum along. Phyllis greeted me when I came into the store and directed me to the area of most interest and then checked back with me a couple of times
to answer my questions. Phyllis also took it upon herself to measure the unit I ended up buying unexpectedly. Great customer service and lots of sale items! I have always enjoyed shopping here, they do a great job displaying and plenty of room to walk & shop. Feeling overwhelmed with jam packed rooms does not make furniture shopping fun.
