Dairy Queen

We were a group of 8 and didn’t realize it was 5 minutes till closing when we walked in. The 2 guys working were so nice and such good sports about it! I used to work fast food and know what thats like. They were great to us and actually made it fun. Thanks so much! Sun 11/12/23

I've never been in this DQ. I have used the drive-thru multiple times the past 5 years. The service is always fast and friendly. The food and blizzards are always delicious!

Stopped to get a pineapple shake on my way home . Was hungry for some ice cream and couldn't pass up the Dairy Queen in New ULM on my way home. Great place to get your favorite ice cream at. Very friendly service and quick service to. The Guy at the counter was really in a good mood. Was a great Guy friendly and funny kind of Guy. So if you are in New ULM stop by a get yourself some ice cream and visit with him.

Service was quick. Staff was super ultra mega friendly. Took my kids and step son for ice cream and the experience was enjoyable.

I enjoy the hard workers here, I see others want to cause trouble. There hours are posted have been all the years I lived here. They don't have chocolate DQ , because they are drive through. But you can get all the flavors of chocolate because everything is made with vanilla anyway, They add chocolate to it.. My food has been fresh and great. I am sure if you had a problem all you had to do was talk to them . These review always come with negatives, never great story's, I know the employees go out of their ways to help anyone.

Our hours are 9:00am to 8:00pm drive..and 9:00 am to 7:00pm. We have only vanilla soft serve with many choices of toppings .

I was very happy with my order. The employees were fast. I have heard of problems at this location, but food was great.. Service Great!! I was in the other night.. couldn't believe a kid yelling at the employee because they needed to see his drivers licence.. Hello are you dumb the credit card need to have name signed on them...if not they double check for your own safety I see nothing wrong in this. Hey kid I didn't know you, you sure it was your card.

Our peanut butter parfaits were very good. They did not scrimp on the chocolate or nuts. The chocolate malt was also the way it should be. The staff was very courteous.

Visited within an hour of closing, which can be dicey. Fries were crispy and hot. You could tell they made it all fresh for us.

Oh my lanta oh mylanta is this a great place to eat in new home so fresh so friendly people and I'm letting y'all know please you got to try the bacon double cheeseburger I had two of them because I had to bring one back to Madelia they were that good

Good food fast friendly service must ware mask at the Drive-through and also if they bring your order to your car.

We had a good meal and very friendly service. All of the hot food was hot and ice cream was very creamy.

Great service on a timely manner being short staffed is a hard thing and people who give negative reviews are idiots who dont understand that only 5 people are actually working there all together so please help them out being a small business with a lack of people today

Nice polite Staff and food is always fresh. I would rather wait for hot food anytime.
