Brittany was unbelievable! She came in as an "on call" to assist me with a missing piece for my CPAP. I was traveling and only in town for two nights! She met me early in the morning and got me what I needed in a matter of minutes! She truly saved me from getting a migraine from lack of sleep! She is a LIFE SAVER and understands patient needs! Cliff did a nice job getting us set up to use the concentrator. He's a good explainer and adept at sensing at what level to cover the topics. He was punctual and covered the operation of the equipment and procedures for using the printed materials and getting help. The Company is fortunate to have him and so are the customers/patients..
